This Papa John’s Pizza restaurant has delicious food. The only mishap I had was with our delivery being extended due to the delivery person bringing the wrong order to my residence. However, everything was sorted out, and it really wasn’t a big deal. I will order from this establishment again.

When I questioned about the price they quickly corrected the mistake and was very friendly/professional. I had a call In carryout order and they did a great job having it straight out of the oven and ready for us when we arrived. Even with all they had going on with a huge delivery their customers come first and was greeted with a smile. They delivery guys in the big truck was awesome as well! From order to delivery it was ultra fast…. maybe 15-20 min. But the Pizza was very poorly cut I had to recut both of my pizzas. The deal that had going for “Shaqoroni” deal is supposed to be “loaded cheese and loaded pepperoni” had less than a quarter of the toppings that a normal pizza has. I paid for 3 extra garlic sauces and 2 extra marinara sauces and none of it came. The 2 sauces that I did get were already opened and spilled all over me. Then when I called back to see if the driver may have had the sauces they never answered. Neither the managers option or the new order option picked up. They just rang for 15 min then hung up.

I had a horrible day earlier this week and wanted to avoid cooking – figured I’d order a pizza. I placed my normal order and the driver showed up about 45 minutes later. She handed me two boxes (I ordered one pizza) so I asked it she was sure it was mine. She said yes and began to leave. The boxes had a different address/order so I chased her down to give them back. Another 45 minutes later another driver showed up. When I opened that box, it was my order but the ingredients were wrong. I called the store and was told it would be quite some time before another delivery could be made so I offered to come pick it up. It’s a 30 minute round trip, but I just wanted to eat. A few minutes after I got there they handed me the pizza. I opened it and it was still incorrect. There were no apologies, the person at the register just told the cook to make another. At this point it had already been over two hours since my order so I asked for a refund. No one seemed to care about all the trouble. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show. I order from this store quite often but won’t be in the future. I know mistakes are made and I was polite and understanding with the first two calls but 3 wrong pizzas with no apologies or concern (which is my primary complaint) is hard to overlook.

Ordered hours ago, keeps pushing the time back, this place doesn’t care to get you your food in ANY time frame. Driver has been driving for 30-40 min with my pizza in their car now. Still says 9-16 min away, has said that since they left. Maybe they don’t have enough drivers, but they should’ve said they can’t take orders if it takes this long. Not fair to customers when its as expensive as it is to order pizza anyways.

Second time in the past month I’ve ordered from here and been thoroughly disappointed. Large three topping pizza and I get home with it to find I got enough toppings for a small pizza. You are better off with pizza hut.

When I went inside Papa John’s in Anniston next door to the Walmart supercenter I seen roaches crawling up and down the wall I canceled my order and left the store and I will not order from there ever again and it was hot in there too, THAT Papa John’s needs and exterminator and a good working AC and a back door they don’t even have a window in the back of this Papa John’s
