Ordered a Shaq-a-roni for carry out. Got home and it was a cheese pizza with no pepperoni. Called the store and they said they had to see the pizza and wanted me to drive 20 minutes to the store so they could see it. I offered to send a picture but that wasn’t good enough. Poor customer service. I told him I would post it on a review so he could see it and he ask if I was threatening him. Go to Dominos and avoid this location.

Extremely dissatisfied with the pizza we got tonight. They barely cut the pizza. Had to cut pizza myself to eat it. Toppings were all thrown in the middle of pizza and not scattered like most pizzas. The brownie was just cut into huge pieces instead of small pieces like it always is. I love papa John’s and it’s my favorite go to pizza place, but tonight I’d rather have gone to Pizza Hut or even worse, Dominos.

1 star is just because we got our food! Shame on me because the last 3 times we’ve ordered from Oxford it’s been a bad experience. Order was wrong on 2 of them and this last time our order was delivered 45 minutes late and barely warm. I called the store after 30 minutes late and asked for a refund and the manager said they couldn’t give a refund for a estimated delivery time. Lmao off I guess 45 minutes late is acceptable. The Oxford location sucks and I do not recommend it.

5 orders in a row this store has ruined my food. They use overproofed, likely expired dough, judging by the dozens of bubbles which push the cheese and toppings off the pizza. They can’t even be bothered to make it round. My last order was delivered cold by door dash and missing the garlic sauce. When I called and complained, they couldn’t find my order to issue a refund. So done. Do not waste your money on this overpriced garbage

You have a worker Cory Jones he is awesome goes above and beyond for the customers he’s always in a great mood with a smile and does his best no matter what! The two stars are only for the nice clerks at the register. The pizza sucked! We ordered two and they were both cold. One was supposed to be regular crust and it was so thin but it wasn’t thin crust. It was over baked and neither were cut through completely. Disappointing. I wasn’t offered any type of solution for the problem. Again, the service was great but rid of the lady in the back with no gloves handling food right after texting from her phone. Do better Papa John’s Snow street.

Papa John’s call center is garbage and never relay the order correct. The pizza has toppings in the very center of the bread almost as if it’s not being watched while cooking. The prices are too high for the quality of junk you get. I won’t waste money order again from this chain.
