It wasnt that long ago that the breadsticks here would be nearly swimming in the topping. I really hope this was a “new guy” not making it right. May as well have ordered plan bread sticks, good thing I paid extra for a cup of garlic dripping sause. Really miss the time when this was the best pizza place in town, now its just like the others.

Spent all day loading our uhaul on Memorial Day. We were craving pizza – Papa John’s had great phone service, the pizza and breadsticks turned out great and was made very fast, everything was nice and easy and tasted delicious! I was extra thankful that the workers were there even on a holiday, I am glad there was a tip option for card. I would highly recommend
My only (very minor) complaint is the woman on the phone asked me how many garlic sauces I wanted. I am used to them coming with the pizza, but since she asked me how many I wanted, I asked if they come at a charge and she said yes, .50 each. I assumed they changed their policy. I ordered two small pizzas and breadsticks, so I said I only need three garlic sauces. When I got my order, there were five garlic sauces plus marinara sauce which we don’t personally use. So I got charged 1.50 for more sauce than I needed and since we are in the process of moving, it’s harder to hold onto the extra. This is very minor and no big deal, but something to point out in case this happens to anyone else. They charged me for extra when I said I just wanted the three that come with the orders.

My cheese bread came cold and with the non-edible cooking pan. Was advised by Tyler to contact Andrew about his franchise since they don’t have corporate. The issue was not resolved and there was no empathy for this grave error!

Yall seriously gave me this? There ain’t even ten pieces. Tell me the crumbs don’t count. This is pitiful. They were talking amongst themselves before they gave them to me. Terrible customer service. 06/22/24.

We had not ordered from Papa John’s for quite a long time until tonight. The app was easy to maneuver & I loved all the options of how pizza is cut, amount of toppings, & how it should be baked. Placed our order for pick-up & it was ready exactly on time. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Pizza was hot & beautiful, with all the toppings distributed evenly over pizza. Veggie pizza was tasty & we will certainly visit again soon.

I placed an order online. I got there at the outside time for it to be ready. It was 15 minutes before a human came to the cash register. When she finally checked on my order, she said, “They are just putting it in the oven now.”
The pizza was horrible. The crust was at least three inches between the rim and where the sauce and toppings started.

I showed up to pick up a carry out order with an employee out front smoking a cigarette. When she saw me, she placed her lit cigarette on the windowsill and proceeded to enter with me ( I held the door for her). She did not proceed to wash her hands, but went straight to my order and grabbed it and place it on the counter. Now, I do realize this was not her touching my actual food, but I am surprised she did not see fit to wash her hands prior to returning to work. I let her know in the future she should wash her hands after smoking. She gave a passing “sorry bout that” and I left. Such nonchalant attitude toward hygiene is troubling and I won’t be ordering from here again.
