Use to eat there 3 or 4 times a month but prices prevent me for doing so. The pizza is usually good and out of all the pizza chains it’s my favorite but again pricey.

Was good the first time we went. Second time we went they did a bad job on the pizzas. They were watery and basically impossible to eat. Didn’t taste like they used any seasoning on it either. Would be better off going to somewhere else for the price.

Pizza is always good but the service is awful. I’ve had them run 30 minutes behind on my order several times, even telling me they couldn’t find my order and I must’ve ordered at a different location when I could clearly pull up my app and show them. If you’re in a rush for pizza, just go to little Caesar’s down the road lol

System was a little off but wasn’t a problem pizza had said ready on the tracker but when I arrived was told it would be 10 minutes again not a problem as the guy before me order 8 pizzas right at opening time ordered the shaquaroni pizza and indeed it was good but did not seem as big as commercial made it out to be but pizza was delicious either way

Dude up front is polite and well mannered.
He works hard. Stays moving.
Pizza taste was still good.
Dude up front has good communication.
I came into the store and sat down proceeding to place an online order. When the order came across the screen, there was nothing else up there. The manager heard the notification and said ugh, hunched over and looked at the screen to see what it was. Everywhere the man goes in the kitchen, I can hear his feet literally dragging the dirty floor. After placing my order, more online orders came thru and the manager told the Dude up front to close the gate and stop letting people order because “we will never be caught up if we keep taking orders”. My dude, there is nothing wrong with that and I’m sure the owners would be happy to hear about all of the orders. I wonder what they would have to say about you closing the store over 2 hours before closing time???
Another lady with babies came in to place an order, the manager told her he couldn’t but one of the delivery drivers was there and said yes ma’am, what would you like? I believe this place would be jam up with new management. No doubt in my mind.

I like Papa Johns, and this pizza was pretty good. I enjoyed the service. It was clean and the people were fast, I will be coming back to this place again. My family enjoyed it as well, the pizza was good. I like being in and out and this Papa John’s was kinda like that, I didnt have to wait that long and I really like that.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery and was given 170 minute wait, for a Tuesday night, after I had already paid and the order was placed. I’ve called 21 times to cancel as I have two small kids and not a single person has answered the phone. I called a different store and they weren’t able to help. Obviously. By the time the food gets here, if it ever does, we will all be asleep.

Ordered food on the 11th of July, never got my food. Never got a refund. If you actually want your food to get to you make sure it’s cheap incase you need to reorder because they don’t know how to do their jobs and get food to people.

This location I’m giving it a 1 star rate because I can’t give it no stars. I give it a very low star rate because the website is letting me order a pizza to be sent to me ASAP since the store opens at 10am and I ordered at 11am. No one answered the phone since I was having a hard tracking my order on the app. I tried to call them around 11:15 so I could get the status. So I had to call the Walmart store itself to see why no one was answering and they told me they were closed(no one was in the store). This is bad business.
