Was notified order was ready, so I drove to the store to pick it up. Only two workers and nobody greeted me, that’s fine. Waited for 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (only because someone else came into the store, and they greeted them and proceeded to help them). Awkward silence because the two workers were having a bad day and it seemed like were bickering over a meatza pizza that wasn’t cooked. Uh, ok whatever. Still waiting, until a third worker came out to help, and asked me if it was for pickup. Great! Until he says to the staff “2 pizzas, where’s the other one?” Oh it’s not finished yet. Ohhhhhh, the pizza that needed to be cooked still was mine. Greatttttttt. Waited an additional 15 minutes for it to be ready, meanwhile my other pizza is getting cold, being held hostage until the other one is ready. Two more minutes after it was done when I was finally given my pizzas. I asked if the other one was cold now, and was told “noooooope”. Get home… And one is cold not to mention one has onions on it that I specifically removed from the options. Just wonderful. I mean, don’t get me wrong, the staff here is usually friendly, helpful and professional…… Today just wasn’t one of those days (at least for me, since 5 other people got their orders after me).
Edit: oh, and both pizzas are medium when I ordered Large sizes. Haha wonderful, it was the wrong day to order from Domino’s

This is a big wow and disbelief for me.. after they got my order wrong . And I call and clarify that I do not need a score credit and that the reason I can’t go exchange it it’s because I have no transportation.. and therefore the reason I got delivery.. and yet they expect me to still drop off the pizza they got wrong .. what ! Seriously???? So now I have a birthday party waiting for the last order to arrive after they got it wrong. Very careless from everyone there. Especially the supposedly manager tonight. Which was a female team member. Hopefully Dominos gets a chance to train the members and have better customer service and experience…

I recently had a total shoulder replacement and was unable to even get out of bed. While recovering, I saw an ad on Facebook from Domino’s that said any pizza with any toppings for $9.99. Wanting something simple and comforting during recovery, I placed an order. I added a 2-liter soda for $5 and paid $5 for delivery. By the time everything got to me, the pizza was not hot or fresh—it was cold, spoiled, and honestly inedible.
On top of the $9.99 pizza, the $5 drink, and $5 delivery, I tipped $2—spending about $25 total for food that should have been hot and enjoyable, but instead was a complete disappointment.
The receipt said to call if there was any problem, but because I had just had surgery and could not use my left arm, I wasn’t physically able to call right away. A few days later, when I was able to make the call, I explained the situation and asked for a replacement, which I feel was fair under their own guarantee. Instead, I was put on hold for hours and no one ever picked up.
This experience was unacceptable. Domino’s used to be known as an affordable, fast option, but this was neither cheap nor reliable. Between the poor quality of the food, the complete lack of customer service, and the fact that I was recovering from major surgery and depending on them for something simple, I feel that Domino’s has truly become one of the worst pizza chains in the world.
I usually don’t complain, but under these circumstances, I feel that I was treated unfairly and “done dirty.” Domino’s failed me when I needed them most.

I’ve been here a few times to pick up a delicious pizza or two and have never had any problems like some of the comments about this Dominoes in recent times.
They provide a good pizza for a good price and the gentleman saw I was struggling to open the door either the pies in my hand and he was nice enough to help me take it to my car.
The employees are probably overworked and underpaid, but they still take the time to create a delicious pizza which everyone can enjoy .

One of the worst Domino’s Pizza stores in SoCal. Jeffrey the Domino’s Pizza associate gave me 3 hand tossed pizzas that were dry and toppings unevenly spread. Even worse, I ordered one thin crust and one New York style with one hand tossed. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I accepted the 3 dry hand tossed pizzas. Management and owners at this location need to pay more detail in making pizzas then more customers will frequent. There’s no need for multiple staff here because the pizza quality is poor and all customers in the area know. Other locations have 10-20 staff members working on weekends while this place usually has 5 or less staff. All the employees here appear miserable and it shows in their customer service.

I had a really disappointing experience. Picked up my online order and found missing a topping. Came back to pick up a redone pizza, the male staff member with glasses on gave me an attitude and made me feel like it’s my fault. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The pizza’s were very delicious and perfectly cooked. It was not burnt or cold like other companies I’ve tried in the past. Dominoes is my first choice when I order pizza now. My delivery is always under thirty minutes which is great because Dominoes pizza always feels hot like it was just taken out of the oven. The drivers are always kind and courteous when my pizza is delivered which inspires me to always leave a tip. Thank you Dominoes for providing the best pizza in Southern California.
