The pizza quality has gone down a lot. Lately its been pathetic. A frozen pizza from the store is better than these paper thin slices with no sauce, no cheese, and barely any pizza dough. Sad Papa Johns, ….sad.

Mixup on order. Manager would not switch out brownie for cookie. I told him I didn’t eat brownies and that the person who took my order made the mistake not me. He said the order was correct on the ticket and wouldn’t exchange the brownie for the cookie.

Got a cold, greasy pizza with huge crust and very few toppings over an hour after I ordered it. I haven’t ordered Papa John’s in a while. I drove by their new store on county line, so I thought that I would try it. Never again! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. The last time I got it from their big competitor, it seemed light on toppings. I thought maybe Papa John’s could do better. I was rewarded with what was the worst pizza I have ordered in my life. I ordered an extra large, and got a big pizza with barely any toppings in an area the size of a small and 2 1/2″ of crust on the outside. The middle was cold and soggy. $36.39 total, because I tipped in advance (another mistake)

Went to pick up my pizza and the young lady who checked me out had cat hair all over her jacket. She told me it was cat hair. They were rude to me because I complained and returned the pizzas I ordered. The manager was rude. Will be contacting corporate Monday morning. I know Shaq would not approve of this. Staff was too busy folding boxes yo wait on customer that entered the store. Our pizza was ordered an hr and 1/2 ahead and it was cold when we got it home. Fyi we live across the road from them. We’ve never had this problem before. This happened at the County Line Rd store in Madison, AL.

Absolutely the best!! A guy named ERIC seriously gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received!!! He was so kind, he didn’t make me feel like I was just another customer to get out of the way!!! Then COLE answered all my questions over the phone with a great positive attitude, then when I got there showed me equally amazing customer service! Both ERIC & COLE deserve a raise, a reward or at the very least a paid day off and a pat on the back!! You really don’t see much customer service now a days let alone GREAT customer service!!!..not to mention all the people in the back mad phenomenal food I had like 80 dollars worth (got it down to like 62 with the discount & rewards lol) but still that’s alot of food and each item was awesome!!! Will definitely be back alot!!! Thank yall so much!!! I hope you get rewarded for such amazing customer service!!!

“I’ve given this Papa John’s location multiple chances, but unfortunately, they’ve let me down every time. Each time, I’ve placed my order in the morning for a scheduled delivery time, hoping this would ensure everything was ready on time. Today, I pre-ordered at 11:00 am for delivery at 5:00pm, calling at 4:45 to confirm and being told my order was being prepared. When I checked back at 5:30, they said it was still being made. My order was simple – The Works, a Meat Lovers, and two cheese pizzas.
After waiting, I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told it would be another two hours before my order even started cooking. The best they could offer was to cancel the order.
To make matters worse, I was able to place a similar order at Marco’s, adding two more pizzas, and received everything in just 15 minutes. After three attempts with this location, each resulting in long delays well beyond the scheduled delivery time, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Disappointing service and broken promises—Papa John’s, you’ve lost a customer.
