I had to call back and get the names of the person at the store and my driver. Jennifer took my order and she was the nicest lady ever. Im visiting town from Chicago and she helped me get food to a new hotel. JT the driver was so polite, got here quickly with hot and fresh food. I’ve ordered papa John’s many times on business trips and this is the first time I was “wow’d”. 10/10 food and service.

Placed order for 7:30, arrived at 7:20. I was told they were behind, and it would be 25 minutes. One hour later, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Cancelled the order, went out and ate. Just be up front and honest and it will go a long ways. Could have saved me 30 to 45 minutes of my evening.

Fool me once. A few weeks ago it took them 90 minutes to get me one pizza and it was cold. They sent me a post card saying sorry with a coupon code for 1 free medium cheese pizza. The code didn’t work.
Fool me twice. Last night we ordered a pizza at 6:50 and got it at 9:10. I had to call twice to check because I had tired starving people at home. The lady was polite but unhelpful. The pizza finally showed up and felt and tasted like it had been ready to eat out of the oven for 2 hours.
Don’t send me your free cheese card that doesn’t work. We are just done with this place.

Do not order the new pizzas they come up as trash… Like this… But hey they made the tip and money off of you… All that matters… Just had to call corporate on Meghan I guess that how you spell a wanna be management name. She has no idea at all how to do her job and will let you know it. I will never use this store ever again. No matter what little miss “Meghan” has to say….. I love papa johns i only eat their pizza. Every order ive had delivered has been great, everything i ordered mostly. I ordered ahead of time the night before i picked it up. The pizza was horrible like they made it hours before pickup time at noon. This pizza was discusting. Rock hard cold pathetic. Dont pre order here go to a different location!

I order from here frequently on the Papa John’s app because it is the closest location. The estimated delivery times on the tracking feature they have is surprisingly accurate. Many times, they beat the quoted delivery time, and I have never had them be late.
No contact delivery is the best thing ever, I don’t know why it took us a pandemic to figure this out.
My only complaint is they seem to get my very simple pizza orders wrong way more frequently than they should. I’m not picky, I just eat it anyway. But my one extra large pizza delivery ends up being around $30 including “delivery fee” and tip. I think their batting average should be higher given that price point.

Sadly after buying from this Papa Johns for years I had an experience a few days ago that will make me never use this store again. I typically order the same thing EVERY time, but for some reason this time the usual workers were not there and the food I received was not even fully cooked. I had to go home and put my good in the air fryer to even eat it, which is unacceptable and puts this store on my avoid list so as not to further waste money in the future.

They blew me away. I always thought I hated papa johns but I wanted to try a pizza bowl since it’s a low carb option. I’ve never seen someone start an order so fast and complete it that fast. It was ready when I pulled up and I was already on my way. Everyone was polite. My order was correct and very very good. I’d come back. I don’t live near this location but it’s going to be hard to go to another one because I had such a good experience. No drama in this store and everyone was busy working and listening to awesome music ! Will be back !
