Everything had too much cilantro in it… the meat, rice, corn salsa, and salsa. My entire bowl tasted like dish soap. The tortilla chips tasted stale. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. I just wasn’t a fan of the food.

The employees on 04/16/25 around 7:45 pm were extremely rude and inattentive. I also asked for a SIDE of the new hot honey chicken because I wanted to try it- I usually go with veggie bowls always- I was charged an extra $4.45 for that SMALL CONTAINER OF CHICKEN!! They entered it in as “extra chicken” and when I asked them why it was that much I was told I should’ve just gotten the meat inside my bowl to eat instead. I will never do that because half the time their meat is questionable anyways. Me and 8 other people had to wait as they only had carnitas prepared for the meat and no white rice. The employees who were supposed to be cooking were messing around the restaurant and when they noticed the line they said “oh yeah I need to make rice and meat” 0 coordination between the employees and I’m sure that’s hard to work with.

This is a great new Chipotle location in Hickory. The person that made our salads was very kind and easy to talk to and he did a great job making the food. The only sadness was that they forgot to put in our salad dressings and I didn’t realize until I got home.

Went in with my wife on the road to Blowing Rock. The place was very clean and the food looked delicious and it was very tasty. Employees were professional and friendly. Did experience any problems during our visit.

First time I ever ate at Chipotle and I Met Nancy the manager there and she made me feel so comfortable because when I walked in, I didn’t know how to order and she made me feel at ease and explain how to order. She was very professional and super friendly. The way she made me feel as a customer and the way I see how she talks to her employees while making my plate. She treated me with kindness and respect. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. Please if you go to Chipotle in Hickory NC on hwy 321, please let her know she is doing an amazing job. Thank you.

Chipotle can be hit or miss in my experience. Walking in it immediately felt good. The space was clean and all the food was cooked and ready to go (including veggies!!). The guy working was super kind and generous with portions. Quite literally the best chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Don’t normally write reviews, but if you’re driving through and considering – I’d say this a great stop. Thanks team!

“Here I am again! I am a daily customer at this Chipotle, each visit is consistently fantastic. I am usually there every day between 4:00 and 7:00 pm…! It’s not just a restaurant, it’s a part of my special needs son’s daily routine. This is his favorite place hands down!” The staff is lovely, they are attentive, every day they greet me with a friendly smile, and ask me… the same as always ?

I stopped in today at my daughter’s request. The restaurant was empty, maybe one customer. Almost every table was dirty, floor was filthy and flies were abundant. The trash cans were overflowing. Food was open and uncovered. The prep area where the food is made on the line was nasty with stuff spilled all over. It is really not that difficult to just do basic cleaning. And for one burrito and one drink was $18.00….
