Placed an online order for a party for tomorrow and it got delivered today. The store personnel did NOT offer to refund us OR deliver our order for the correct day and time. Instead they said we’ll get 50% off on a future order.
Had to contact corporate headquarters to get our refund.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to share my experience. If I can put zero Stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Delivered on the wrong date and blamed their website but refused to provide refund or food. Only by contacting corporate, was my issue resolved. Everyone I spoke with before that was extremely rude. Delivery guy, store rep, etc. will never order from here again!

Papa John’s is my favorite pizza chain restaurant. This location has been consistently inconsistent and has missed the mark entirely too many times. There was usually something wrong with my orders. I always order the same pizza for myself and if I’m entertaining others I may order a variety. Every time I’ve gotten the BBQ Chicken pizza from this particular location (my fave pie) it’s been sub par. The last time the chicken was so scarce that one slice had no chicken and another only had one piece of chicken. When I shared my feedback and requested some sort of customer service/ accommodation/ credit/ refund/ replacement/ apology/ or even interest… I was instead given attitude and the impression that my business didn’t matter and that those in charge didn’t care about the satisfaction of their customers nor the standard of quality that should be upheld.

I tried their new pan pizza and it was way better than any pan pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and they used a great amount of cheese which I loved ❤️

Ordered 3 items online. Got home and realized the box was empty- no pizza. Called and asked them to make it. When I arrived at the store- not one apology and no acknowledgement. Then- had to wait while they corrected another issue they created. It wasn’t very busy either. They need to Hire more people if the staff can’t handle the volume.

Very disappointed in the pizzas. I ordered 2 pies, 1 w/ meatballs & onions, 1 w/mushrooms & onions. Bread sticks were better then the pizza.The tops were so little not even on the complete pie. No taste very bland. See for yourself, look at the photos. Will not go back.

I have not eaten at Papa John’s in years and wow! Their quality of ingredients went down!! The cheesy bread is basically like eating a piece of cardboard and the buffalo chicken had one squirt of buffalo sauce on it! Not tossed like in the pictures! Gross and disappointing

Ordered a split pizza… half peperoni with double peperoni on the one half… was delivered 30 min. late and was Luke warm at best.. had like barely any peperoni pieces on the half that I paid extra for double peperoni.. called manager and he refused to do anything about it!… Last time I will ever order Papa John from this location

The food is hot and delicious. The pizza is excellent, and the wings are baked (I think). They have a little bit of a smoky flavor to them, and the hot sauce is kind of tangy hot. I will definitely order from here again when I want wings and pizza 🙂
