HORRIBLE!! Delivery was 45 mins after latest expected time. Called 3 xs on hold forever no answer. Pizza arrived cold. New Pan Pizza FLAT on half and barely Pan on the other! Zero customer service online or by phone! BEWARE!! PJ at this location is a waste of $$

Papa John’s has fallen off! This was some of the worst pizza that we’ve eaten in years. The crust was terrible, ingredients was subpar. I paid for extra cheese and it was just regular cheese. I would recommend going somewhere else for pie even if it’s more expensive.

Placed 2 separate orders here. Pizza Bundt the first time. Second time cheese breadsticks were blah and they served the worst chicken wings I’ve had. Some were so small I can’t fathom a chicken that size.

Every time we visit this Papa John’s in Ocoee, we’re greeted with a smile and a friendly hello—especially from Chris and Tyler. The staff is always polite and welcoming. Tyler seems ever-present and on top of everything, and Chris’ customer service is truly exemplary. Their consistency, professionalism, and warm attitude are the main reasons we keep coming back. Great experience every time!

This company has fallen in the toilet. Placed an order for delivery tonight and the food is just meh.
To add insult to injury they’re using Door Dash now, and still charging their own delivery fee. I could have ordered from Door dash directly with no fee. IMO this is very deceptive. They don’t want you to know they’re not delivering their own food.
Almost forgot, they’re using overseas call centers now too. So much for supporting Americans while they are the most expensive chain around….

Ordered a NY style pizza, square cut….but was cut regular.Pizza was super thin that it breaks when I try to pull them apart. Called the store and the person I was on the phone with sounded like he didn’t want to be there… Didn’t try to help with the situation whatsoever….his tone of voice sounded like I was a bothered. Been a papa John fan for over 20 years and this is my first complaint ever. Whatever happened to customer service???

Have ordered a number of times from this location and food is almost always perfectly made – properly cooked, with the right modifications and substitutions, and with a really nice presentation (sometimes these look better than the web/app photos which is rare to find!).
The location isn’t the best, but they definitely make up for it with what you get.

I ordered an online pizza for pickup with a 25-minute wait time, and when I arrived at the store, I spoke with a pregnant lady named “Angel,” who informed me that they would have to remake my pizza without explaining why. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the remade pizza. When I got home, I discovered she had given me a burnt pizza, which I could barely eat. I immediately called the store to inform them. She later had me speak with a manager in order to credit my next order; today, I contacted the store to place my next order, and “Angel” informed me that it was another Manager from another store who said he would credit me, and she then provided me with the other store Manager. When I called the other store, the unidentified Manager stated that he couldn’t credit me because I had never purchased the pizza from his location.
It’s crazy how they will take money from people while serving burnt and stale pizza with poor customer service.
In the beginning of our conversation, I advised “Angel” that I still have the pizza and could show proof that I paid for it, but she still refused to assist me.

Ordered a pizza online, received a text at 10:16 saying it was ready. When we arrived, my husband stood up front for over 10 minutes before he was even acknowledged. Then he was told the pizza was just going into the oven, even though he had received a text it was ready. It’s now 10:40 and still no pizza and still no one working the counter to acknowledged him or anyone else that walks into the store. This place is extremely disorganized, unprofessional and rude! They got 5 more minutes and we’re walking out, never again!

This is a “classic crust” cheese pizza (paper thin.. you would think that I ordered ultra thin crust)… and cheesy bread that half of the cheese is completely missing from.
