Garage fries, an a birch beer!
Honestly so impressed with how far this building has come. It’s magnificent inside, a spot that feels like traditions belong here. The owner answered all of my silly questions, and then even offered to give me a full tour of the restaurant so she could point out all her favorite art, and building designs throughout!
My burger was honestly the best burger I ever had. The grilled martins roll pairs so perfectly with their seasoned smash burger,
fries were seasoned perfectly, and the craft birch beer was perfect to wash it down.
Leaving overly stuffed, feeling like I spent my money where it was deserved.

Probably one of the best smash burgers I’ve had in a very long time. The photo is their Ranchero Burger, the jalapeños were perfectly fresh, crisp and had a good burn to them. Their homemade ranch shuts down that burn in a few seconds leaving to a delicious burger I couldn’t seem to let go. I went with the double patty due to how hungry we were but could have easily went with a single patty and been fully satisfied. We got their fry basket to share and to our surprise it was compiled of tots, curly fries AND waffle fries. The fry basket was perfectly cooked and their garage sauce had me going back for more. The whole dining experience was pleasant, food was delivered to our table fast and hot, not something you get too often when dining out these days. Paired with Lydian Stone Brewing the beer I got went well with the burger and frys, and we will most definitely be going back!!

I was hesitant because of the weird reviews, but was really impressed! The touch screen ordering made customizing orders really easy. And all the food was DELICIOUS. The staff was helpful and really friendly. The bar upstairs is an awesome addition and equally delightful.
I would recommend to any person who who likes burgers and good vibes. We will definitely be back!

The reviews on this place are wild! The food was a bit underseasoned for my personal liking (I’m very used to highly seasoned food due to living with someone from the south.) But, it was amazing, nonetheless! I didn’t try the garage sauce due my personal hesitation. The jalapeños fresh cut were an awesome compliment to the burger!
The lady at the counter (Maria) was FANTASTIC! It was my parents & mine first time here & we were pleased. Portions were great for the price. People are saying it’s too spendy but it’s actually cheaper than your chain fast food places. Definitely a gem in the hanover area! Even though our order was to go, We will definitely be back!

Not a great experience, walked in and not a single worker to be found and no one in the restaurant…. on a Friday night. Sat upstairs, bartender was really sweet and accommodating went out of her way to try to make this a good experience- she was absolutely amazing but was an employee of the brewery upstairs. Ordered our food and was told someone would bring it up to us and that did not happen. Food was cold and seemed to of been siting and reheated. ” Grilled cheese” was terrible a roll with a piece of cheese in the middle not cooked or melted. Just an overall not great experience. Was hoping for better, lacked customer service for sure.

Burgers are always great and made with high quality ingredients. I’ve had the fish sandwich and I’m not much of a fish eater but it was amazing and I wished I ordered 2! Ask them to fry it hard and it’s perfectly crispy not much of a fishy taste either. My family of picky eaters love eating here!!!

This place has come a long way since they first opened. They are masters of the craft of burger, and the reigning champ of Hanover. Better than 5 guys but less expensive.
I recommend trying the pickel burger if you like pickels. The mushroom n Swiss is good too. Everything I’ve had from here has been a home run.
Their burgers are better than Grillrillys.

Food was expensive for the quantity. Ordered a plain burger with two patties and bacon, and TWICE they served us a burger with everything on it. We brought it up the counter and reiterated we wanted a PLAIN two patty burger with bacon, and they still messed up.

Had a double, thought the burgers were delicious, and enjoyed the garage sauce too. I wasn’t expecting much from the fry mixture they had, but I enjoy them way more than I was expecting. Seasoned well. Would easily recommend.
