We are visiting from Nebraska. I ordered pizzas for the University of Nebraska Omaha cheer team. When I got there I realized I only ordered 10 and needed 20!! The staff jumped in and immediately got to work on 10 additional pizzas. Everyone working was so helpful, so friendly, and so hard working! Y’all are the best!! Thank you from your Nebraska Family. If disappointment had a physical location, it would be Papa John’s Store #919. I’ve ordered twice and somehow they failed both times. From losing my delivery and keeping me waiting for hours, to handing me the wrong order after a long work shift, this place consistently proves it cannot handle the basics. “Better pizza, better ingredients” is wild marketing for this level of incompetence.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 8:45. By 9:35, no pizza. I called multiple times and they would put me on hold and then never come back. After speaking to three people, it turned one that they cancelled my order at 8:15 and i waited in the lobby of my hotel for nothing. It would have been nice if they told me that the first time i called.

First and last time getting Papa Johns pizza.
We got a Resident Appreciation Day code today so we thought we’d try Papa Johns. We ordered a standard Garden Veggie XL pizza with jalapeno poppers.
Poppers: 2-3 jalapeno pieces, and a dab of cream cheese. Mostly bread. Not worth it for me.
Pizza: I used a 1/3 cup size measuring cup as a diameter to show how much emptiness there is near the crust. Keep in mind, an XL pizza is 16″. This should easily be loaded with toppings but you can distinctly see a lack of toppings (see the close up photo). The pizza sauce didn’t taste like pizza sauce at all – rather, it tasted like watered down tomato paste.
Pizza isn’t a hard thing to mess up so we were quite disappointed. We’ll stick to the pita pizza we make at home using store bought pita – it’s substantially better

I checked into my hotel and was tired with 3 hungry kids. I ordered a New York pizza and a pineapple. The pineapple one was good..but the New York pizza was BURNT and very little cheese!! I work in a tourist town and in the food industry and I understand, but come on. Really? $20 out the window. Id like my money back honestly

Delivery drivers are CONSTANTLY parked in handicap parking spots while they’re getting their orders without handicap tags or placards. Asked drivers to move so I could use spot as I need to unload medical equipment and require the spot. Driver laughed at my frustration. Management come get your people.

The service was great and the food hit the spot — no complaints there. But the outside area was a bit of a mess with all the construction going on. Kinda kills the vibe and makes it less inviting. Hopefully that’s just temporary, because everything else was solid.

Difficult to find as they are renovating the plaza. For two large pizzas, we were given one packet of red chili pepper – any additional packets are extra charge. We never had any pizza place charge us for extra red chili packets before.
