Despite the very cute and inviting atmosphere, the experience fell short. The cocktails were underwhelming, with a sour Old Fashioned and drinks lacking depth of flavor, reminiscent of club-style cocktails. The menu was disappointing overall, and the onion soup was mediocre. Service was great

Dropped by for a late brunch and had a really good time. Food, drinks, service — all on point. The restaurant was clean and the vibe was laid-back, which we loved.

It’s connected to a theater, which gave it a cool little twist.

The drinks hit that perfect balance between flavor and strength, and the tiny origami on a was a fun detail. Definitely down to come back and check out the dinner menu sometime.

Service might be slow at off hours but the happy hour is pretty good. Cocktails are well done and the food is ok. Don’t expect high end as it is more for the date/hangout/Fort Lee.

TLDR- gorgeous place, empty inside, uncomfortable hospitality, mediocre food – not worth a return visit with the parking situation

Went here with a guest. It seemed pretty dead in there for a Friday night, and my companion commented on it.

Ordered pizza, calamari, and salmon amongst ourselves. The food was just ok. Not bad. Server was nice but forgot to refill drink even after being asked. Food was pretty pricy for what we got. Calamari was the best part, but I’ve frankly had better at chains and other local restaurants with better prices. Salmon didn’t seem to have much flavor.

I don’t mind paying even more than what we paid though, when the service and food are great, and what we got was just ok.

We’d barely been there 40 minutes on a dead night (we’d ordered an appetizer then meals), and my dinner partner was eating his pizza with a slice actively in his hand, when they already started the pressure to get us to leave by having the manager stop by in his suit then the server to ask if we were done then stopped by again 10 minutes later to loudly suggest we order dessert as if to say please leave and 1 minute later the server aggressively said the same thing after we’d already told the male manager no. It wasn’t near closing, people were still eating, nobody was waiting for a table, and the place was so empty it made the ambience seem weird. It should have been hopping like the nearby restaurants we passed by appeared to be. You could see the cooks cooking in the kitchen from your seat so that should’ve been a hopping spot for the entertainment factor and how cute the restaurant was. I had high expectations and was looking for a spot I could continue to bring people to either for dates or networking/business dinners. This isn’t that spot.

Parking situation isn’t the best here either and the experience and food we received wouldn’t be worth the hassle to return.

We both said the food was just ok.

They have the elements of what they need for success- beautiful space, decent bathrooms, busy nearby location with a luxury movie theater upstairs meaning could be the perfect dinner and a movie spot. Seems decently clean.

They just fail at hospitality and creating food with flavors or seasoning for the price that makes it worthwhile to come back. I’d suggest retraining the manager and servers. Outwardly polite in their words but aggressive demeanor. Cannot recommend.

This isn’t the same City Perch, I was at 2 years ago. The chicken in the Caesar salad wasn’t delicious or delivered to us, well done. It was rubbery. The buffalo wings wasn’t cooked, well done. I didn’t take anything back cause it wasn’t for me; it was for my man’s birthday (which they didn’t do anything about; even though- I made a note in the reservation). The shrimp scampi was a 5 cause it was so oily! My boyfriend loved his Mac and Cheese which was a plus. The drinks were amazing; our server was sweet but again; it’s the same restaurant. I asked another waitress (older white lady) to refill my tequila order and oh boy, oh boy; she was very much rude! They know what to do; change the menu, change the chefs, and make it more enjoyable and entertaining.

I visited last Sunday to enjoy the Breakfast with Santa brunch with two of my girls friends. This was a big deal for me because I had experience to losses and I was not in the Christmas spirit at all. I was pleasantly surprised that I had an amazing time. Our server, Jayleen was attentive, personable, and hilarious.
The buffet offered so many premiums options from a turkey carving station, prime rib, oysters, French toast, omelettes made to order, and so much more. The buffet was fresh and tasty. Staff members were friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. I’ll give a special shout out to Chef Marcus and his culinary team. He personally came to make sure we enjoyed our meal and the culinary staff was so warm and ready to serve.
I chatted with the manager, Jason, before knowing he was the manager while he added pearl-adorned toothpicks to the raw bar. When I spoke with him at the end of my meal to share my satisfaction with my meal and service, he spoke with us and offered us a complimentary service since we were waiting for a bit for our picture with Santa. Finally, I spoke with the general manager, Victor, who stopped down to ensure customers had their pictures with Santa as advertised for the brunch.
Overall, the brunch and the service was excellent! I will be back again!

I visited on a Sunday night and I was not impressed. The service was so very slow and the place was empty! The salad was good but the lobster was a strange texture. We also ordered wings, they were so soggy.

I didn’t dine in at this restaurant, but I approached the welcome desk because I wanted to get my parking ticket validated. I mistakenly thought I needed someone to stamp it after seeing a movie at iPIC.

There was a lady at the welcome desk helping someone with their payment, and several guests were standing behind me waiting to be seated. However, the Asian lady at the desk (I’m Asian as well, so this is not meant as a racial comment) never even looked at me to see if I needed assistance. She continued helping the person in front of me and acknowledged the people behind me, but she completely ignored me.

She treated me as if I were invisible—probably assuming that since I didn’t have a reservation, there was no reason to interact with me.
However, skipping me only among the people standing in line was simply an act of ignorance, which was unacceptable and rude.

Before this unpleasant interaction, I had actually been considering dining here one day with my family for a special occasion because the décor looked charming and the food seemed delicious. Unfortunately, that thought disappeared entirely after being treated so poorly. I will never include this restaurant on my list again because of that experience.

I’m sure you will continue to have many customers and make plenty of profit without me, but please know that you lost a potential customer due to a lack of proper training for your employee.

It was a disappointing end to what had been a beautiful Thanksgiving Day movie outing.

The food is excellent! I truly enjoyed the French onion and minestrone. It was the best that I’ve had of those two appetizers. The burger and the pizza was on point. It deserves four stars. The atmosphere was perfect and so was the cocktails .Such a good vibe in the service was on point.. I can’t wait to come from their brunch. Please check this place out and you have no regrets.
