Absolutely disgusting! this is there new thing with the cool ranch Dorito. Last time I’m ordering from them last time we got pizza and it was terrible and manager was rude about it and they gave us wrong items on pizza and it was burnt. I said never again. We order from them at least twice a month and it’s been getting worse and worse tonight is the last time. Not wasting money on them! The new item is horrible it had one tiny piece of chicken and I actually took off the reins of the onion before taking photo big disgusting pieces of the outer onion. Could not even cut this with a pizza slicer it was so sponges think it was previously cooked then microwave……done! Never again. No use in complaining to them they just make your order worst the next time!

Ordered on, 9/30/2022 around 1. Got the order and saw what had happened to our pizza. Called and told the manager there, I believe her name was Melissa. She acted rude and like she didn’t care or believe me. They remade one and sent it back. When confronting the driver I believe her exact words were “It happens”. Man I hope corporate or the owner sees this review. Not ordering from here again. Rude and ill mannered like I was the problem. What happened I’m willing to bet is the pizza was dropped in the car and told no one.

I ordered delivery from This location in Minneola tonight and the driver left the pizza on the ground outside my door. The dirty ground with bugs and so forth. Our doorbell camera pick up them at the door and I was at the door in 30 seconds and the driver was driving off. Very said this location is delivering this kinda of who cares service. Management needs to tighten up this location. When they charge $6 plus a tip and just leave it on the ground outside. Do not order take out from the location ever again.

My daughter bought yesterday The Works pizza. She swapped some ingredients but apparently they understood she wanted human hair instead of pepperoni. Second time in less than a week that I get a hair on my pizza! Use your hair net properly!

DISGUSTING!! They knew they were sending this garbage out to me and they still did because they don’t care… Just soaking grease and oil I don’t know if it’s the cheap pepperoni or the cheap cheese and whoever tossed it doesn’t know what they’re doing because the middle was so thin it just soaked up all of the oil…
You can see the pictures below it’s like a wet floppy piece of bread with grease covering cheap cheese and pepperoni… I paid almost $25 to have this delivered to me just blew a quarter of $100
And what am I going to do now call them back for what? A credit? I don’t want to eat another one of these sloppy pizzas again I’ll never ever come back to you Papa John’s this is it I’m done with you guys

Friday night pizza night & this Papa John’s location never disappoints. Food is always delivered super quick & very fresh every time! One time out of probably 100 we had an issue with an order & the manager happily comped our whole order & even offered to re-deliver that night. Also love that you earn papa dough every order so it’s like a little discount each time.

This place was good. I have been going here for pizza for the last three years. I choose them over pizza hut however, i have had their pizza at least ten times this year and their pizza has changed. It has been cheaper ingredients and lack of care with the food. I get food is expensive now but that doesn’t mean your quality has to change let alone the care of your
staff. For what you give now its too expensive to even bother going here anymore. It isnt worth it.I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to flippers for better pizza and workers who care about what they make.

04/15/25 I decided to order in this night. I did not get the chance to prepare dinner and called in at 8:10pm to place in my order. I was told that it would take 45min for deliver which work out. However, after waiting over an hour and not receiving the order, I decided to call again and check in at 9:40, which I was told that my pizza is on the way and left the store 10 min ago. After waiting another 35min I decided to call again, and spoke to the so called team lead Ethen, trying to explain the situation to Mr. Ethen he got annoyed and hung up on me. I decided to call back hoping to speak to management about my rude encounter but he explained to me that he was team lead tonight. By far the rudest experience I have ever had dealing with lead. Mr. Ethen was extremely unpleasant to deal with.. If he is part of management, they should just shut down that store because If this is acceptable then it leaves me to believe that management is even worst at the top.
