The pappa bowls are sad! They charge you 9.00+ for them and barely put anything in it! Marcos does a way better job and actually puts cheese and topppings in them.

Absolutely awful wait time. We ordered our food expected what they said was 40 minutes. Mind you we live 1 mile away from the place. The delivery driver on the application said they were on the way. About 5 mins after the food was done. Come to find out they took other deliveries as well. Which is perfectly fine! However, their application said it would be another 10 minutes because they have to make a nearby dropoff. I was okay with that. Furthermore, it turns out that they completely skipped past our house which was 2 minutes right down the road and went all the way down to the Northport estates which is about 20 minutes to 25 minutes all the way down past the other side of the highway, leaving our meal last. Having that said, it has been two whole hours and I still have not received my food. I would not recommend them if you want your food to be delivered.

I would love to say that I tried the food but the delivery driver I guess couldn’t find the house very simple on the corner so I guess he took our food back to the store and then he said it was not in their delivery area no dinner for us tonight

I ordered the Epic Stuffed Crust and it was really good. The Pizza was still hot like it just came out the oven and the delivery driver was super sweet and respectfully kept her distance

This location has terrible customer service. They did not make our pizza correctly and there was no garlic sauce so I tried to call to ask for a new pizza. He asked me to hold and then never picked back up. I stayed on hold while we drove all the way back to the restaurant and walked in while I was still on the phone to see them standing there and no one was on the line. We explained what was wrong and he didn’t offer to fix it, but instead looked annoyed. I then had to clearly ask for a new pizza. We had ordered a stuffed crust and he asked us “Does it have to be stuffed crust?”. We said yes, but that’s because it’s what we paid for. Who would ask if it has to be what you ordered? It was very rude and disappointing as this was our first and now likely last time coming to this location.

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with papa johns, I live in north port, fl and it’s no surprise that this town is very suburban, I have 2 papa johns near me , 1 is in port Charlotte off of 41 and Cochran and the other is off Sumter and 41 which is the closest one to us at 3.4 miles away! I just ordered from them about 2 weeks ago with no problem and had my pizza delivered to us! Apparently they do not deliver anymore and the manager was unable to disclose the mile radius they cover! So please someone tell me if I live off Toledo blade and there is no other store to order from then does that just mean that every household by me can never order papa johns because there is no one to deliver?!?!?! Do you guys not want business?!?! I find this very hard to believe and very unfair! Yes it’s just pizza but it’s just terrible customer service from your part! I will not be ordering from you all ever again!
