This is the worst pizza I ever had. I just order four boxes of pizza, delivered. All the pizzas very cold and hard. Never again. Even the green pepper didn’t have any moist. Yall should never send them pizzas. . Spend $60.

Papa Johns has absolutely no respect for their customers. I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income. It’s my son’s birthday and he asked for pizza. I ordered from Papa Johns on Lee Blvd in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Unknown to me, an answering service takes the order, and not the store. They charged me 5x for my order, at the price of $ 64.03. That’s $320.15 cents for 3 large pizzas and a 2 liter of Pepsi. I called the store to inform them of the error. They literally told me that that wasn’t their issue to address and that I needed to call their call center to resolve it in my own. Then, when my order came, it came without the 2 Liter Pepsi. The driver said that they forgot it and he’d have to go back to the store and deliver it. The driver was not able to come right back to my house, he had other deliveries. I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager. She was absolutely rude and dismissive, telling me that she’s busy, and asking what did I want. I asked her not to interrupt and I would be able to tell her. The idea that me as a customer and a disabled veteran would be treated like this, by this otherwise we’ll respected chain, is appalling! I will never order from Papa Johns again. You should really think twice about the type of people or company that you choose to give your money to.

Completely rude manager at this location. Starts yelling at me over the phone. Tells me I ordered it wrong while I am looking at my order confirmation on the email, and it’s not what I got. Last time I spoke to her, she tells me I shouldn’t expect hot pizza on a Sunday afternoon and hangs up on me. Not only can they not get orders right, but the management is horrible. Go to Dominos.

I really love this location. I rarely have issues but for the second time in a row, I have ordered a papadia for delivery and there’s no Parmesan crust. When I ordered for pickup, it was there. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but it’s rather frustrating not getting what you paid for. Other than that, the food is delicious, the delivery drivers are the best, and they always deliver rather quickly (maybe because the skipped the cheese?).

I ordered the New pizza double pepperoni and extra cheese on an extra large, I got a pizza that was basically cold the bottom was borderline burnt the pizza actually tasted like nothing I’ve had gas station Pizza that was so much better it didn’t appear to have extra pepperoni by any means and it definitely didn’t have extra cheese on it I could see the red sauce everywhere same quality of Papa John’s Pizza is so disappointed. So ordered almost $100 worth food I’m missing items that was crucial to the order I called them and said hey you guys forgot these items they said okay we’ll send them back out never did been waiting over 2 hours still nothing called the store asked for manager the manager on duty said that we’ll just credit you $3 but yet I won’t touch my food without the sauces she said well I don’t know tell you figure it out ask for her name she said we don’t give out FN names and I said wow what’s your corporate number she said figure it out look online I said wow you’re not too much of a people person are you so she hung up on me this is ridiculous will be contacting corporate this lady should not have a job If she is talking to people like this completely utterly disrespectful especially when I give the driver guy a $20 tip insane

I can’t make this up…To my understanding the closing time is supposed to be 12am Mon-Thurs, right? Well I pulled up at 10:25pm and gave them a call, I’m literally looking right at the people in the store and as I’m calling I see a young lady walk to the phone and unplug it!!! The customer service skills of answering and stating that the store was closed would have been the proper thing to do and just by that even though the hours of operation on the window as well as google states 12am, they don’t have to worry about receiving my money at this location AT ALL!
