What’s the point of having customization options if they’re not followed? I asked for light sauce on both pizzas. Nothing crazy. Nothing hard. Instead I get a bucket of sauce on each slice. Thought I’d have better luck with another location but nope! None of them care.

Okay so I usually order from Domino’s and their Pizza lately has not been great. So I wanted to try somewhere different and had decided to pick some pizza up for my kids for dinner. I have had the experience that when you order the specials where you have to buy two to get them for six or seven dollars the quality is very poor but I had high hopes for Papa John’s. It was horrible. The order was ready fairly quick however when I walked in the store there was a gentleman there who wasn’t wearing an apron wasn’t wearing gloves was sweating profusely and was not a very nice person or happy. My 2-year-old daughter said hello he ignored her and I asked him if he was the only person working in the store he answered yep so I did feel bad for him for that. The pizza quality when I got home was extremely poor! It had hardly any sauce on it and the crust itself was flat in some spots the pizza was awkward and Miss shaped as well as the cuts themselves the slices were horrible there was a slice of pizza that was 1 in wide it was just horrible. I just feel like when you order these pizzas even if they are the medium specials they should be treated the same as a specialty pizza or any other pizza and made the same. I will never go to this Papa John’s again.

You guys suck this isn’t the first time from here getting a pizza when the dough isn’t even cooked it’s disgusting and raw . You work making pizzas do your job correct or properly train your staff. Nobody should ever get food from this location unless you wanna get sick I might call the health department myself . Save your money and go somewhere else

First time trying the Pan Pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I order from Papa John’s often, and I was truly surprised by how well this tasted. Great job guys and gals. I ordered it delivery, and it got to me within 30 minutes piping hot. The Cinnamon pull aparts were a great dessert too. Thank you for the awesome service.

not so good.,,,,no flavor seriously it tasted like water ???? . ”it is pizza food” it looks like pizza. but no flavor. very bland , we added salt to the pizza when we got it home and tasted it , but ended up throwing it out after a slice . I wasn’t the only one saying no flavor on pizza .

Paid for extras sauces seasoning and peppercini twice and got nothing, maybe it’s an issue with Uber eats. Needs to be addressed

Repeatedly receive the wrong toppings on our pizza. Delivery is missing items. We’ve already paid a driver and service fee and tip…..why should I have to take my time and gas to retrieve missing food. Whoever is running this store needs to step in and help figure it out. Third time in a row that order was not correct.
Last visit on 5/29 I took my two kiddos for a pizza and boneless wings. App says order is ready, so we walk inside and I’m told it would be a minimum 20 minutes wait because they had a 40 pizza order ahead of my one. I asked if they could put mine ahead and I was told no. The mgr offered me a soda and extra order of wings. I appreciate the gesture but all anyone wants is their order, made correctly and not have to stand with two toddlers waiting for twenty minutes. They need staff and a proper schedule. When I called this evening, the manager was by herself?! Why??

Hands down the WORST papa johns I’ve ever been to. I dont know if they only destroy my pizza, but this is the 3rd (and last) time they did this to me.
For some reason, they take massive handfuls of topping and put them UNDER the cheese. Like an insane amount, to the point where the bottom cant cook and its a soggy mess.
The first two times they threw pepperoni in stacks of 5 or more all over and it was a bucket of grease, inedible in the middle. This will be the final time, go to another papa or pizza joint.
