Im annoyed – no, appalled – and this is my last straw ordering any pizza delivery out here.
If I wanted door dash to deliver my order, instead of a papa John’s employee, who usually carry change for a cash order, and idk speak even bare minimum English, I’d have ordered on doordash to begin with.
Pizza that I asked for half to be topped was so sloppy cut and topped that only 2 pieces didn’t even have the extra stuff on them, making us have to pick off toppings (like look if this was my only problem I wouldn’t be here leaving a review), the “boneless wings” on the website actually looked like BONELESS WINGS, what I got were sad-looking Tyson chicken nuggets. The cheese sticks were obviously made first or leftover from another order, they were old!
Moved out to cape a few months ago from fort myers and these pizza companies out here have got me ALL wrong.
$60+ and for this to be what I’m delivered is just like I said – Appalling.

Stop having door dash deliver my food. I do not order from that service because their drivers are not good and it takes absolutely 10 times longer as they can pick up multiple orders. If I could I would take my tip back everytime I saw it switch. Horrible that you can’t even deliver your own pizza.

Papa John’s newly opened restaurant on pine island rd. Pizza is not the same as it used to be, i figured a new restaurant, so pizza would be great, but nope, pizza was bad I don’t understand why they now days destroy the original crust it’s not supposed to be flat it’s suppose to be round and fluffy like the picture not only that but the crust was overcooked and seemed to stretch into the area where the pizza it’s self is suppose to be and that made my pizza extra small and overall just terrible. I KNOW YALL CAN DO BETTER ON THE ORIGINAL CRUST.
