When people would suggest Domino’s we would give them the stink eye because Papa Johns was the best. We have had it in several different states that we have lived in and every location was the same – awesome. We haven’t had it in over a year since we moved to this spot and we were so pumped to finally have back our tried and trusted yummy Papa Johns. But this is not the Papa’s we remember. Maybe the recipe has changed since we ate their product last but we are now offically Domino’s eaters. Never thought I would say that Domino’s is better but it is true. Huge bummer. We have been loyal for decades to Papa’s but not anymore. The staff is kind, the location is clean, it is just that the product has been outdone by their competitor.

Normally this papa John’s is great! I know i had a rather large order but a dribble of sauce on my wings is criminal. I ordered 90, hy am I getting an ounce of sauce on these? It makes no sense.
When I called to see if something can be done, the manager only said that i could bring them back and they’d add more sauce. It’s not exactly the best yall can do. I can’t even scrape off the bottom and get more. There’s NOTHING there.

I’m not surprised by the negative reviews. This location has rude employees, poor service, and consistently subpar food. I was once a loyal weekly customer, but after repeated bad experiences—including cold wings with no sauce and unprofessional management—I stopped ordering altogether nearly two years ago. The staff lacks courtesy, and the manager refuses to take responsibility for poor quality. Sadly, this store ruined my appreciation for Papa John’s and I pledged to never have Papa Johns ever again. It’s been almost two years and Papa Johns and this store in particular came up in conversation and so I owed it to myself to express my experience from this God awful store. My experience was so bad that I’ve never considered ordering from any store which I haven’t. I can’t see myself purchasing Papa Johns ever again. How does an establishment consistently prepare awful food and treat one so badly and then have the nerve to speak down to you. I have great reviews said the manager…It’s quite refreshing to see people taking a stand and sharing the same experience I had with this store and it’s staff. What’s even more surprising the ex-employee mentioned that they have the ability to make negative notes towards the customer on their system without your acknowledgement so that you’re treated poorly when you return as a customer. They’re awful people running store. I would suggest going to another establishment or be ready to be disappointed. The place is best suited for no one. And the noise is not the issue, the staff is.

I’ve been going to this Papa John’s and haven’t ever had a problem until I had guessed over that required me to need a pizza with half cheese and half no cheese. This Papa John’s was unwilling to put cheese on only half of the pizza. They said I would have to order a pizza with no cheese and a pizza with cheese if I want it half-and-half so I drove all the way 30 minutes away to go get a pizza done the way I needed it to be done very surprised and frustrated. They couldn’t accommodate a pizza with half cheese and half no cheese the manager. Katie was also rude and walked away while I was asking could she accommodate

Got a delivery yesterday, called after placing my order online. My son was in the NICU for 2 months and has cmpa on top of everything else going on and I’ve been dairy free for 3 months. I talked constantly about the first bit of dairy I want as soon as I get the go ahead from my son’s GI team is going to be pizza! It’s my favorite food. The team went above and beyond to make this the best pizza for me! Unfortunately my son ended up needing me the moment I got my delivery and I didn’t get to eat it fresh but it was still good cold! Thank you guys for the extra care! We love papa Johns! Here’s a pic of my NICU baby for tax!

This store seriously needs a new crew for your closing shift. Being incompetent when a person makes a SIMPLE request for the sauces not to go inside of the pizza box is completely unexplainable. The girl manaager that works the closing shift sjounds like a child and talk and handles customers with an nasty attirude. I’m sure I would get a different reaction in person but being I order for delivery and I call the store to make a comment about my order I’m always met with this lady who can’t understand basic requests. Do yourself a favor and go back through training. When you speak on the phone every customer you get you should conduct yourself like you’re speaking to coperate dingbat. Saying “WHAT?!” to a guest calling to ask for sauces inside of a bag inside of the box is basic understanding dingbat.

The best Papa John’s! Jess at the front desk is AMAZING! She saved my night! It was the 4th of July so they were slammed and I had a bunch of kids waiting at home hungry and I had ordered the wrong amount of pizzas accidentally, I was shy one cheese pizza. She made it within 8 minutes and didn’t charge me for it! Jess and all of their staff are truly amazing people! The pizzas are always great quality, it’s why we order there almost every Friday!
