Wow… just wow. So I guess when you order all the little side sauces (and pay for them) you are supposed to be ok when you get all the way home and they are not there. The reason I say this? Because the girl on the phone said I could drive all the way back and get it or credit my account…by the time I said “I guess I’ll take the credit” (never got the chance to finish with, because it’s a 32 minute round trip) she had already hung up on me. Terrible service from not only this store but the other one too..this storenever delivered my pizzas and order not once but twice and said they refunded me and I never got my money back one time..they never even called to tell me they messed up both times..and that they were not coming with my familys food. I had to call and complain to the manager..then he told me I was rude and hung up on me. This store , management and employees do not care about your family’s food or money or time and I will never give them my business again nor my friends! Good luck

Unbelievably awful service. We customized a pizza for a dietary restriction and received the incorrect pizza 3 times and the staff stated that the pizza came with toppings that were not listed on the menu / app. Just terrible. What’s worst is we were redeeming. Free pizza from another order gone wrong. Never again. Go to jabrewskis. Dominos. Anything at all.
