They messed up the pizza. The first time was burnt and The dough did not rise. It was a flat pizza. We went back to get our credit that they owe us same thing happened, but this time I checked the pizza they redid one pizza and the kid was arguing with me. I’m not redoing three pizzas. I said no problem just redo My nephew pizza because he loves their pizza.And my is 8 years old and I wanted him happy than me never go back there again this is my pizza it’s burnt

Great service! I placed a delivery order and had trouble getting it delivered due to an error on my end. The driver was so kind, patient and understanding and helped me to make sure the delivery was completed! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

There should absolutely be an option for zero stars. Between the cashier and the general manager on Landing having their headphones on and moving at a snail’s pace with a slammed lobby, it’s the attitude when called out about their poor service that really tickled me the most. Was told 10 minutes for a pickup and didn’t receive it until a full 40 minutes after the phone call. It was a large pepperoni pizza. It took them longer to figure out that they were missing it then it did to actually get them to get it in the oven.

Never ordering back from here. Really disgusting quality and service. Manager needs customer service training. The pizza was so burnt, i couldn’t eat it seems it was sitting there from morning and they reheat it up and send it to me. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ chicken and cheese sticks and i just wasted my money. It was not sealed as the uber driving could have played in my food. When i called to state my complaint, the manager was so rude and have no regards whatsoever. Their was no pineapple on the pizza which made it worse. It was not my first time ordering and surely will be my last.

This store has become horrible. I’m not sure who runs or manages it but they are failing epically at it. They will make mistake after mistake and don’t care about the customer experience. It’s better to just buy elsewhere or make pizza at home than to go here.

I placed an online order that said it was ready when I arrived. My two pizzas were done, but my breadsticks weren’t. They let the pizzas sit on the warming rack for 20 minutes while making them. By the time I left, I had hot breadsticks and cold pizza. To make matters worse, the guy at the front counter wouldn’t even get off his phone long enough to hand me my complete order. The lack of customer service here is disturbing. Horrible experience — we will NEVER order from here again.

I placed an online order and paid in advance. When I arrived to pick it up, my order was missing. The manager was unprofessional and unwilling to resolve the issue, despite a suggestion from another employee, who displayed excellent customer service, to credit me and prepare a new pizza. As a result, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to remake my order, totaling an hour and a half wait. Disappointed with the service; the manager should take notes from the employee on how to provide great customer service.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. I love Papajohns but man oh man, this location is not it. I would order a regular pizza and it would come out thin….. THIN. If I want thin crust pizza I would’ve ordered that. You would think it was just a one time issue….. nope. Ordered again, regular pepperoni pizza, again THIN. Why is the pizza so freaking thin all the time, so I decided to watch one the crew making the pizza. He would spread it out, then panini press it in this mental machine then proceed to spread the dough out even more. That explains why it’s so freaking thin all the time and dry. I love Papajohns but this isn’t the location I would order my pizza from.
