I have been to multiple branches of this restaurant. However, this has been the best of all. Fresh food day after day… I haven’t been disappointed yet.
Would recommend you guys to try it out…
Fyi please don’t ask for spicy if you can’t handle the heat

Flavor is there still, but I am convinced that they are adding chicken bones to the Buryini as a cost saving measure – I could be wrong but from my perspective there should be NO reason there are so many cut/broken up bones to chicken legs in a to-go container of Buryini (I took pictures of several cut/broken bones in the container as proof, but after I threw out quite a bit already). I especially take notice that there are also whole chicken legs in tact and with meat on them in the container, so having chicken leg bone pieces seems very suspicious (I dont see that at other places I get Buryini from). Setting aside the suspicious cost cutting measures, there also are many sharp tiny bone fragments, making it very difficult and annoying to eat, definitely not as enjoyable as it should be, and has always been at the original location. Its been a while since I’ve had the original Ghareeb Nawaz, so not sure if the entire Ghareeh Nawaz business is impacted, or just the Des Plaines location isn’t up to standards of what I’m used to for the Ghareeb Nawaz brand Buryini…very disappointing…and if they are adding bones unnecessarily just as filler (not fact, just observation) …quite unethical.

The rice didn’t taste like real rice at all. The texture was weird and it honestly tasted like plastic. It was way too spicy, but at the same time had no actual flavor. It felt like the spice was just thrown in to cover up how bad it was. I couldn’t even finish it because every bite was unpleasant. Overall, it was really disappointing and not something I would order again.

Very sterile feel to this location. For families with kids maybe have a distraction available? I wish the deco was culturally relevant with some gentle musical background.Drinks are pricy at $3.Meal deal available for lunch only without a drink .Food was ok, chicken needs longer cooking time and ask the customer how spicy can tolerate!
Food prep over 15 minutes long is not a great idea for a quick order. Slow service.

Tried out this amazing Hyderabadi-Pakistani fusion restaurant and it did not disappoint. The owner, Mohammed is one of the kindest person I’ve met. He gave us some free treats just for being first-timers!
The Highlights:
The Chicken Biryani and Chilli Chicken Paratha were 10/10. We also had the Samosas, Halwa Puri, and Chai, and everything was cooked to perfection.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it!

This was the 3rd time I have been here. The first 2 time were so good. I decided to place an order for my employees and I. This was an order for 10 people. When I called and asked 2 simple questions, the employee on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. He told me “if you don’t know what you want, call back later once you take a good look at the menu, I have other people in line.”
-At 11am? Before lunch hour?…
We still decided to place the order, regardless of the attitude of the employee. -The food was very bland, and dry.
-When we asked for extra curry there was more rice than anything.
-We asked for garlic naan and got PLAIN naan.
-The food did not taste fresh.
-& we had 1 PLATE MISSING.
The dish I had ordered on my 1st visit was COMPLETELY different. Definitely do NOT taste the same, when I called back to complain, the Same rude guy said
-“well that’s how we cooked it today, if you want to come tomorrow it might taste different, and there were no missing plates I made sure they we all there.”
Excuse me!? One of my employees had no plate to eat. I guess I might lost it on the way back to work!!
I spent Well over $200! I sure will never be back.
Very bad service a very bad food! If I could give this place negative stars I would!

I visited a few days ago and tried their halwa puri — honestly 10/10. The halwa was fresh and delicious, and everything was top-notch. You can really taste the quality.
I do wish they had pink tea (both salt and sweet), and if they offered bhatooray, it would be even better. If anyone from management is reading this, please consider adding sabz chai and bhatooray to the menu. Highly recommend!

New and Clean establishment. Worker was continually scrubbing and cleaning the tables as people came and went! Food was served in enormous portions for the price. The taste was okay nothing phenomenal. Its like McD for Indian/Pakistani food. Mango Lassi was a bit thin, more like mango milkshake, but very delicious and easier to drink. The good tasted very fresh.
