Today I walked into Papa John’s at 9:20 P.M.
The place was pristine.
Two hard workers.
They saw entering and automatically acknowledge me.
Asked me:
Pick up?
-No, order.
Okay, what will it be.
The pizza man treated me like a God.
He listened and clarify.
He had patience on me when asked to repeat and made sure I got the pizza I wanted.
They should get a raise.
My pizza tasted biblical, philosophical.
The ghosts of the people who created pizza… rejoiced with me at how majestically that pizza tasted and looked.

Worst experience. From the moment i walked in was told wait in lobby , what lobby ? The store manager Amir was extremely rude as i was asking how much longer for my pizza when I can see it clearly on the shelf ready. Amir should not be the face of papa John’s , he needs anger management courses along with customer service lectures. He refused me service even though i was speaking with another employee who was clearly embarrassed from his behavior. It was clear that he was having a bad day and took it out on me. Corporate must intervene.

I’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s for years, but after this recent experience, I’m beyond disappointed.
On June 3, I made a mistake and ordered a pizza with cheese for someone who’s lactose intolerant. I called the store immediately to adjust it, but the woman on the phone was rude and refused to help. I was told I had to pay again and reorder. When I showed up, the original pizzas were ready, but the new pizza hadn’t even been started.
I filed a complaint with Papa John’s corporate the same day and was told a manager would call me. Nobody ever did. Over two weeks later, I called the store myself. The manager, a light-skinned male (approx. 5’7″, glasses, heavy accent), cut me off mid-sentence and told me to “just complain online,” clearly not interested in helping or even listening.
I submitted another formal complaint on June 20, again with no response.
If this is how they treat a long-time customer trying to follow the proper steps, then clearly customer care is no longer a priority. Disappointing all around.

Terrible pizzas at this location. Every time I order it’s a different issue. This time the pizza and bread sticks were white from how undercooked the dough was. I thought, “Ok fine I’ll put it in my oven at home.” When I get home and go to put the pizza in the oven I found long string-like pieces of plastic from what seems like some kind of packaging at the store. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Worst Papa Johns experience ever. The garlic knots were raw inside and the pizza had hardly and cheese or tomato sauce. Absolutely terrible.

The store manager is awesome but the day I go, an employee there lied to me explaining that they’re getting rid of sauces. He refused to sell the sauce bbq sauce that I always get. The store manager is always great but I can go back due his employee today Wednesday 8/20 at 5:20pm. Lost a customer.

The reviews don’t lie. Started going to this location in the last year. I tried to give it several chances because it’s so close. In one experience the app was wrong about when the pizza would be ready for pickup. I arrived to the store and they haven’t even started to make the pizza. The customer service was horrendous and staff in the back seemed to be doing nothing. The other experience of ordering delivery was wild too because it took well over an hour and the food was not good at all and cold. Each time the pizzas didn’t even taste like normal Papa John’s pizzas that I’ve been ordering for years from other locations. It’s honestly bad enough that I am now ordering and picking up from other locations farther away to avoid this location.

This place is so disorganized!! It literally takes them 10 mins to find a pizza!! They just stack pizzas on top of each other, not in any order. Plus their printout is barely readable, it’s all faded!! So they stand their looking for like 30secs at each name!!

I ordered a pizza & 2 sauces online at approximately 3:45 pm today & paid via my credit card. I have been waiting patiently for more than 2 hours but as of almost 6:30 pm my order has not been delivered. I called your location at SW 88th St. & 137th Ave in Miami Florida which is about a 5 minute drive from my home & the service rep was unable to help me or locate my order. Please cancel this order & issue an immediate refund for the amount charged to my credit card account. Kindly contact me asap with an explanation & hopefully your written apologies.
