I’m really disappointed with this order from Papa John’s. This was supposed to be a half ham, half mushroom pizza, but as you can see in the photos, the toppings are basically thrown on the very edges by the crust and not spread across the slices at all. The middle of the pizza is almost completely plain cheese, which is not what I paid for.
When you order a half-and-half pizza, you expect each side to actually have its toppings spread evenly — not clumped awkwardly around the outside. It feels careless and lazy, and honestly ruins the whole point of ordering a split pizza.
This is not the quality or attention to detail I expect from Papa John’s. Definitely a disappointing experience.

Placed an order on the app. Picked up order. Realized I Was given the incorrect order when I got home. Called and spoke with manager who
Offered to correct the order for free and said I could keep the wrong order and pick up the new pizza. Received a call back five minutes later From the manager saying that, unfortunately, I have to return the pizza which I had already eaten a couple of slices of. At this point, I really did not want to go pick up the pizza that they had offered In place of the wrong pizza that was provided. I asked for half of the money to be credited to my account To reflect the correct pizza that I was given And the manager refused. If I could give him zero stars, I would. I will never order from them again

We ordered our pizza, online, on a Friday night, and it took 2 hours to receive it. I called to find out why it showed that drivers were there to pick my order, and then they would disappear, but they would pick up the phone, put it on hold, and never pick it up again. The pizza did not taste like the Papa Johns I have been used to, either. It will be a long time before I order from there again, if I order again!

If you Door Dash or Uber watch out for this PapaJohn’s driver, he will deliver your order and when you arrive the store manager and employee will tell you it being delivered, like they don’t know anything!!! Bad management and very unprofessional service.

Son ordered a pizza for him and his brother and it looks like they ran out of cheese. We called the store and we were on hold for 10 minutes and still no one has picked up yet.. See picture. The delivery guy was nice. I can’t believe they don’t check the fod before it goes out to a customer. Worst Papa Johns place and no one to talk to .

I recently ordered from Papa John’s and while the overall order was satisfactory, the Jalapeno Papa Bites were a letdown. Unfortunately, they arrived completely uncooked, which was disappointing. The rest of the order was fine, but this inconsistency affected my overall satisfaction.

Worst papa John’s ever. Employees need to have customer service and acknowledge their customers when they walk in the door. Writing this review as I am standing in the front still waiting to be acknowledged. I have been standing here for 10 minutes and every single employee has looked at me in the eyes and has not said one word. All just for a simple order I placed online for pickup. No matter how busy they are they should atleast show communication. Awful service never coming again. Manger needs to be fired for not properly training the employees correctly.

Food was horrible. Pizza was sloppily put together lopsided and tasted off. The wings tasted old and musky. Last time I said would be the last time and this is what I get for giving them another chance. Save your money. Papa John’s is nothing like what it used to be. Shame.

Very sub-par. They’re stingy on toppings and in my last couple of orders my pizza came flat (no yeast it seems) so they don’t tend to taste very good. My latest order was my last straw, they forgot an order of wings and I was on hold for almost an hour. I could tell someone was just putting me back on hold. They even picked up part way through, barely gave me enough time to tell them they messed up my order and put me back on hold.
