Wanted to try a slice of pizza from this new establishment. Everything in the by the slice box appeared to be hours old. So I decided I would order an entire pizza, try it fresh. I gave them my cell and they said they would text me. 35 minutes later I decided I better check on my order. Oh it was ready, and had been ready. So excited to discover that my entire fresh pizza was now cold and just as sad as all the slice pizza in the display. Extremely disappointed by the sub par pizzeria. Definitely going back to Fratelli’s next time I need a decent slice of za.

Pizza was cold! Got 3 slices for $21. Detroit, cheese and bacon ranch. All 3 were cold. Lady touched the iPad then grabbed the slices to serve to me. OK, whatever, im hoping the device was sanitized. Does not excuse the cold slices. Cheese slice was limp as hell, like it had been sitting, even though it had char crust. Super disappointing.

I have been here three times and have not been disappointed. The New York style is delicious and the Detroit style is amazing. The pizza slices that are available right away are in the clear cases and they heat them up before serving them to you, which can take a few minutes. If you want something that’s not already made, it can take awhile, especially if they’re busy. The reviewers that complained about the wait apparently aren’t familiar with how places like this work. The pizza is delicious and definitely worth waiting for.

The Detroit, Sicilian, and Grandma-style thick crust pizzas here are so good, nearly 2 inches thick and loaded with toppings. My favorite so far is the pepperoni .
Like any popular spot in town, if you go during peak hours, expect a bit of a wait. That definitely doesn’t deserve a 1-star review. Go outside of rush hour and you’ll be just fine.
Traffic and wait times will improve when Redding Public Market isn’t the newest spot in town. Until then, totally worth the wait. The pizza speaks for itself. AND the best part about the market is you can grab a drink, shop, or hang with friends while you wait for your DELICIOUS PIZZA!

Unfortunately their pizza is delicious IF you can get it. That’s it is the issue. They don’t have it ready or even in the oven so you wait 20 minutes plus and there’s so pizza! Huge disappointment and I’m not even sure I’ll ever come back. Please do better on a Saturday at 5pm you should have pizza and dough ready.

Looking for Detroit-style, thick crust pizza by the slice? Then head over to Noni’s Pizzeria and Slice Shop located inside the Redding Public Market. Order at the counter, and find a table outside at the pet friendly patio. Grab a beer at the adjacent Fall River Brewing taproom.
Recommendations: (1) Noni’s Red Top with red sauce, white cheddar, sausage, pepperoni, basil, and ricotta, (2) Tipsy Grandma with vodka sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, parmigiano reggiano, peppadew peppers, ricotta, and basil.
