I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Papa John’s, specifically the 54th Street location. The delivery driver left my pizza on the floor without ringing my Ring doorbell or notifying me that the order had been delivered. On top of that, the order was late, which made the situation even more frustrating.
After discovering the delivery issue, I contacted customer service four times seeking assistance and a credit for the poor service. I also contacted the 54th Street location directly, and while the employee attempted to help by reaching out to a supervisor, we were both placed on hold for over 10 minutes with no resolution.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I was not compensated or provided any credit for the inconvenience. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a national brand.
Corporate leadership should review operations at this location, as the professionalism and customer service do not meet reasonable expectations.

I ordered a 2 pizzas and a cookie tonight. The delivery guy called me and told me to come to his car. He refused to walk to my door. The delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I informed him. He went back to his car. I thought he was getting the correct order but he drove off. I went to the physical store and ask to speak to his manager. She refused to come out to speak to me. Then the delivery guy called me back and says he realize he gave me the wrong order. I told him I’m at the store. I asked the store for them to correct my order. They stated for me to wait for the delivery guy to come to the store. He came after completing his delivery requesting for me to give him the wrong order. I said no. Why would you want it back? In attempt to delivery it? They need to provide the other customer with a fresh , new order. I continued asking to speak to the manager. She refused to come out from the back and calls me stating You got your pizza and hung up. What type of customer service is this !? She needs to attend a course on managerial skills because she has none. I’m highly offended by the way I was treated especially having given them a heavy tip .

i would give this place a 0 if i could. who owns this place? every time i order delivery the same guy comes (mid 40s, tan hispanic man) and he enforces that i tip him. a couple months ago i tipped on the app and then $2 in person. then i ordered again that same day because i forgot something and he came again. asking my step father for a tip and said i didn’t give him anything. “esa chiquita no me dio nada”. and my stepdad gave him $5. are you kidding me? this location is LESS than a mile away why should I be enforced to tip you more than $10? the pizza was already expensive. i ordered again today and he showed up. i signed the receipt, then he returned it to me and told me to fill in the tip cause i didn’t put anything. i’m never gonna order from this location again and you shouldnt either. save yourself the terrible and uncomfortable service and go to papa johns in miami springs circle.
another thing is they refused to drop off the food. i choose no contact delivery yet they always call me to come to their car. again, what am i tipping for?

Absolutely terrible experience. The manager is completely unprofessional—didn’t even introduce himself until he was called out, and even then still refused to give his name when asked. I was previously told I would get a credit for a messed-up pizza, but when I called back to use it, I was told there was no record of it. Either someone is pretending to be a manager, or the actual manager is just disorganized and unprofessional. Either way, the whole situation was handled poorly. Never ordering from this location again.

We ordered the pizza at 11 am and it is 1 pm and we still have yet to receive the food and they said it was on the way by 11:30. This place is sad and should not lie to its customers and didnt even feel bad for us waiting. I wish to put negative stars very sad.
