The only things good about this papa John’s location was the younger gentleman who made my pizza and the pizza itself.
The “manager” was just sitting in the back, complaining about her feet hurting. And on top of that, there was no initiative to take our order when we walked in. My husband had to greet the workers, they didn’t even greet us, or any customer who walked in after.
After we had ordered the pizza and my husband ordered a drink, the ‘manager’ offered to upgrade the beverage in which my husband and I both declined because I don’t enjoy ‘zero’ sodas ie: Pepsi Zero. I appreciated the offer until the lady looked me in the face and said “you don’t like zero? That’s craaaaazy”. I had no words and she stated that she loves ‘zero’ sodas. My husband stated it was because I don’t like the flavor but he does. And she continued on about how outrageous it was that I didn’t enjoy Pepsi zero. It was one of the most unprofessional things I’ve experienced at a pizza place. And the first time I was ever shamed by a person for not liking Pepsi zero, which didn’t even need to be escalated the way it did.
The pizza came out quick and I wish I caught his name, but there was a teenage boy making the pizzas ans did a fantastic job. It was delicious and he was very polite.

Worst experience with Papa Jhons, I did a online order last Saturday to pickup the app said 12:10 will be ready, I arrived 12:15 at location, they were lost, more than 10 people inside waiting, the phone didn’t stop ringing and nobody answered, I waited patiently till 12:50 , I saw my pizza was ready at the shelf, so I pickup my pizza and the employee started screaming with me: HEY YOU CANNOT DO IT!!! I said WHAT? My pizza is ready after 40 minutes and you have here more than 20 pizzas ready and a bunch of people waiting, why make more ??? So I got my pizza and left without my garlic knots (that I paid) and they never refund me , after that he started delivering the pizzas to the customer, and the customers said to me : Thanks for be the first one to complain.

I have ordered pizza for the kids so many times over the last 5+ years we have lived in the area. There have been a couple of times my order was late. They always automatically took care of it. I feel like perhaps they’re under new management because I was unable to get my delivery today.

Excellent attention and service! I went last night and was impressed that one girl was doing everything, yet she was very friendly. You can wait there while she makes your pizza, and it was really delicious. Congratulations!

Shut this Pizzeria down immediately. Service is horrible. They don’t have enough drivers. So they take out their frustrations on the customers. The driver they do have don’t even make the attempt to call the number provided and take off without making the delivery. Then when you call to check the status they simply said no one answered the door. Lady the driver never even got out the car. We have cameras. They canceled the order which was a big order. It’s not the customer’s fault that you don’t have enough drivers or that you’re frustrated. Don’t offer Delivery then if you’re not able to deliver.

Listen I get it! Things get busy and that’s great to have that that but update the app to reflect that time. Pizza should up. Almost an hour late and I called the location and all they could say is we are busy. Typically Miami answer. Don’t do anything to make it right just ignore the problem.

This location must’ve got new management because I haven’t ordered here since a couple years ago due to bad service and food prep but I’ve ordered 3 times since last month and I’m impressed at how good the food has improved and delivery time as well my food actually comes hot and prepared the way I specified. Too much crust around the rim .. should only be 1/4″ crust around the pizza .. NOT 2.5″ -Unacceptable – and PIZZA was under baked and hardly any cheese .

I waited inside for 20 minutes for a cheesesteak order, only to be told by a short woman who said she was the manager that she never put my order in. This wasted my time and was very frustrating. The level of professionalism was nonexistent I would have been better off going to Little Caesars.
