We ordered an epic stuffed large pizza with pepperoni, chicken, onion, mushrooms, and green peppers. The waiting was over an hour, which would’ve been ok if we had a good pizza. It was super soggy plus some areas of the pizza had an overdose of tomato sauce and other side only had cheese…it was very hard to eat cause everything would fall out it was like eating a mushy thing. I won’t go there again. It was our first time ordering delivery.

I’ve been ordering here for YEARS. I’m not sure if it’s a staff change or a management issue but the customer service and food is HORRIBLE now. The trip before this one I had to wait at the counter for almost 20 mins because the cashier was in a side room refusing to get up and ring me up. 20 mins later he can’t find my food and when he does it’s ice cold and disgusting. Fast forward to today and had the same issue. Ordered the new crispy Parmesan and there was no parm at ALL pizza had all sauce and tiny spots of cheese. I will sadly be finding another place johns. Please stop hiring young teens that don’t want to work or provide good service.

Will never order there again! Driver dropped my entire order and when showed at my door didn’t say anything and just handed me my order and ran away. Once I opened both pizza and few other items it was hell! All the toppings and cheese were all over the box and off the pizza. When calling the store the so called manager came to the phone and said there is no refund policy and if need they will send it again and again until they get it right. I was in shock the manager will actually say that. I will obviously dispute my order and hope this location will get a talk from corporate after refusing to acknowledge the issue. The manager on top kept saying “sorry you not satisfied with the quality of the food”….. No ma’am even my dogs will not touch it after your driver dropped it on the floor. Stay away from this location and save yourself the grief!!! I called to speak with Mariah the so called GM of the store, disrespectful nasty individual. Talked over me and pretty much said go dispute the order I don’t care and hung up the phone. This place is running like a flea market with nasty management.

Just went to this papa johns yesterday after receiving a letter in the mail for free pizza. They had granted me a regular Large 5-topping pizza after writing a statement on one of the delivery drivers bad service. My boyfriend and I ate the pizza and woke up sick to our stomachs. Worst stomach pain I had in a long time, my boyfriend and I will NEVER come back here AGAIN! Someone needs to call OSHA on this place asap!!!!

I placed an order for delivery, a random Monday, at 7.45 pm. The estimated delivery was in 42 to 47 minutes. Around an hour later, I received a notification that my order is out for delivery. 30 minutes after I call the store because I still did not receive the order. I literally live 0.7 miles away from this store. The store manager says that due to a confusion a driver took my order, and when he notices he got it back to the store to remake it. That it was ready, and would be here in less than 15 minutes. It’s been more than 2 hours since I placed the order and I still did not received it. The worst place to order. I will never order again from Papa John’s not spending my money in liars.

37 minutes waiting for an online order specifically for 6:00pm. One of my pizzas is not ready, but the other 3 are there getting cold. Staff care much to little about it. Complete chaos on the kitchen area looks like a party with loud music. Unaceptable super disappointed.

They always get the orders wrong and the pizza comes like someone dropped it. They give an attitude on the phone. They cancelled my delivery made me go in to get the pizza and it wasn’t even there. Everytime i order here there’s an issue. i ask for text updates and they don’t text.
