One of the reasons why I don’t like ordering from this place is because it’s not better pizza better ingredients anymore, I have a $40 order and they rejected me with a $100 bill my friends order from here and that’s the money they gave me I don’t havey wallet or cards me. You telling me this high end place that gets sponsored by a lot of sports is telling me they can charge my $40 and give me my change $60 change is not I’m buying just a soda and using a $100 bill. This one of the many reasons why I don’t buy pizza at Papa John’s

I had not had the best experience with papa johns but Selena gave me hope again for better customer service in this store. Today I picked up a wrong pizza i was far away i didn’t call because i wasn’t going to go back. She called to let me know i never picked up i explained. she said you can come pick it up still here but it got to late and we ate the pizza we received it just had pepperoni on one side vs 50 cheese 50 peperoni so we decided to remove for those who didn’t like. But she went above and beyond to call me and give me a credit for next time. This was nice and the best experience by far i had with this store she’s a keeper.

Ordered 2 topping large pizzas, one cheese with pepperoni and one jalapeño and pepperoni, they made a mistake and delivered me TWO jalapeños and pepperoni pizzas and when I called to see if they can offer me some sort of solution, they told me it was nothing they could do and couldn’t offer me a refund. I never wanted a refund FOR THE RECORD, I wanted the pizza I originally ordered because I wanted my children to be able to eat their pizza vs complain that they didn’t get a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Never ordering here again. HORRIBLE.

Came here at 12:20 because pizza was ready knocked more than 3 times didn’t open. Finally opened at 12:40 to ask for the name. I saw my pizza had been there for more than 10 minutes. Not any hate but if a customer keeps knocking you could ask what’s the name or simply check on status. We were the only ones there at the moment.

The guy in the back cooking the pizza was so rude. The guy on New Year’s Eve told me I couldn’t order at 10 because it’s New Year’s Eve and go find somewhere else. And now today I came back and an elderly guy said where the breadsticks and he said “it’s right here can you not see” which is so rude. Have some respect.

Although today is Halloween night and these guys have a lot of work, their online does not reflect their wait time and they have no control over it. They did an amazing job helping everyone who was waiting and worked so hard that it was inspiring to see. Thank you for that !

I ordered two pizzas to have them delivered to my home and this is what I received. I tried calling the restaurant and the person murmured a greeting, told me to hold and proceeded to hang up. So, I left a review. I don’t know what happened, if somebody dropped my pizza or the driver was driving too fast and had to hard break, all I know is that I just wanted it fixed or my money back, but I cannot service this to my family.
