The staff really do make a difference in this situation, not in a good way. If I own this business, I would consider doing a complete reset and starting from scratch. At least I got a side of attitude for free. All it costed me was an extra 40 minutes.

I don’t know why they have a option to update or cancel a order in papa John’s if they can’t help me with what they are saying they can help me with instead I have to be dealt with rudeness by the manager here instead of finding a solution for me never ordering here again “ make sure you put the right address next time “ like I know that that’s why I called to help cuz on the phone it said I can cancel or update I couldn’t even pick it up myself because they are charged with a delivery fee like I’m not and like I didn’t just pay for my food plus the delivery fee

I ordered a half cheese. Half pepperoni pizza. This is what I received- bread w/the pizza sauce and chunks of cheese randomly placed. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT. The pizza was so thin and missed so many ingredients, it ended up being very greasy and the grease fell onto my sweater. I don’t understand why hire people who won’t do their job correctly.

As you can clearly see a super thin pizza. I ordered the Epic stuffed crust and received this thin pizza. The crust was stuffed, but an original pizza is NOT THIN like this. This is my kids favorite, so I am very familiar on how it’s supposed to be.
On top of that, the delivery guy was lost.

I order a 1 big box of pizza for me and my familia plus 1 box of the bread stick and a big pepsi, when the uber arrived he only gave me a small box with 6 slices of pizza and a soda I don’t even know what it was. I paid 35$ for only small pizza and a soda ? They worker sucks they don’t work properly. Won’t buy again from you guys I ain’t loosing my money again, and on top the pizza was cold, THIS PLACE SUCKS THEY NIGHT WORKERS SUKCKS. Just wait for the complains this happend now at 3:00 am december 1-2024.

The dough is sugary and so is the sauce it can be unpleasant and not agree with your stomach pizza isnt suppose to be sweet its suppose to be salty it’s the only place I’ve seen this I’m surprised they havent shut down I dont know how people like sweet pizza dough and sweet sauce it’s just unpleasant

I’ve been ordering from here since 2015 and have always ordered my pizza with extra sauce.
Today like no other I placed & an order and the manager “Rauf” ensured my order had Extra sauce because he made it himself.
I’m complaining because am the customer and the “new manager” couldn’t understand my frustration. Not like I’m getting it for free anyways

I get it—good help is hard to find these days. But hiring workers who can’t speak a word of English, then canceling my order an hour and a half later because the driver “couldn’t find the address” (probably because his GPS was set to English), is a whole new level of chaos.
And then to top it off, I call back to speak with someone claiming to be the manager—who honestly sounded like a teenager trying to cosplay as a grown-up—canceling my order because I asked how they could hire people who can’t speak the language of the country? That’s not customer service. That’s just petty retaliation.
Stuff like this doesn’t just make the store look bad—it unfairly gives immigrants a bad name, and that’s not okay. The real problem here is poor management, more then a language barrier…
