I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. I picked up when the app said it was ready and waited more than 10 min.s for someone to acknowledge me after asking if I could just take it off the shelf and told to step back. There were 5 DoorDash people waiting with me. I finally got the pizza and it was thick crust with very little cheese. I am so pissed that I won’t go there again. I hope the owner reads this! They suck!

Sure papa John’s, I’ll pay $32 for two pizzas, I’ll wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to be delivered and I’ll also cut my own meatballs. It’s pizza not spaghetti. why do I pay your establishment a delivery fee, and tip the driver online, for my pizza to be delivered by a door dash employee??? Your service is about as fresh as the peppers that came with my pizza… absolute trash!

Just horrible customer service. Five dashers sitting around the store making it filthy. They refuse to help anyone and there’s four people waiting to place an order. No help from the staff whatsoever. Don’t order from here. Not worth the time or effort.

We ordered multiple pizzas this morning around 10:30 am to be delivered at 12:15 pm. As confirmed they were to be delivered between 12:15-12:25pm.
At 1:00pm we had not received contact by phone or notification by text that the delivery would be later than that. At around 1:30 we were required to leave a children’s birthday party to find out what had happened to the food that we paid for.
It suddenly made sense when we were arrived. Trashed is an understatement of what the employees present looked like. It was obvious that neither could operate a motor vehicle or could do much else regarding basic motor functions. When we asked what had happened we were met with blank stares. One person was cross eyed, and the other was staring off into space. As a recovering addict with more than 15 years, I’m well aware what inebriated looks like.
When we asked if they had kept the pizzas warm we were met with a response that neither of them were aware as to how long it had been since they had been cooked. They were cold, by the way.
As evidence to what a demonstrably failure the employees were, we have photos to view. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job at cutting pies. Special shout out to the ome who managed to cut a half circle. I pray that these employees aren’t paid well. I hope that management isn’t either.
I’d ask for a refund, but I can’t imagine you folks can afford it at this point.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE! My last two delivery orders have been over 30 minutes late. The pizza box is full of grease and barely warm by the time you get the pizza. They are using DoorDash drivers now. Customer service does not exist with DoorDash drivers. I was forced to walk to her car because she was too lazy to deliver my pizza. I am done with Papa Johns. Save yourself the frustration and order Dominos.

I placed an order online for delivery, they said it will be through DoorDash. I have the tracking, saw the driver come into my complex and then marked the order as delivered. I never received my order. I called the store a woman answered (I should have gotten her name). She was very rude off rip. Attitude the entire call!

Ordered pepperoni, nearly got any. No sauce. It was terrible for paying $20.00. Got there to pick it up. The said it was ready. When I got there, the girl asked my name, I told her. She barely looked and did it must stop be in the oven. I told her it siad it was ready a few minutes ago. She mumbled something and just went in back. After 5 minutes, someone else asked me, and he gave my pizza that was there the whole time. Just lazy and pathetic. Never again.
