I just went to this McDonald’s right next to my job today was the first day on my new job and I was very excited that the McDonald’s was like two minutes away from me. This all changed when Kayla the drive-through representative at this location was very rude. I feel like she went out of her way to be extra rude and I believe that we shouldn’t be treated that way especially when you’re on your lunch break. They did assemble my order as you can see in the picture very very, not the presentation I would like. Overall, I’d rather drive five more minutes to go to another McDonald’s that’s it’s also nearby than to return to this location

I went to order just a SIMLPE 3 ingredient sandwich that is $6! And HOW COULD YOU FORGET THE SAUCE, my fish-falet was dry and I almost choked on it trying to eat out of hunger and omw back to work. The guy was also rude. He just handed us our bags, no eye contact, and no goodbye or sign we were good to go

This was a very poor customer service experience. I went through the drive-through at the McDonald’s on University Drive in Mesa at approximately 9:00 PM last night and ordered only French fries. After paying, I was told to pull ahead and wait. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for an item that should take just a few minutes to prepare.
When my order was finally brought out, the fries were cold, which made the long wait even more unacceptable. I approached the manager on duty to ask about my order, and his response was that he was going to bring it out “right now,” despite the fact that I had already been waiting far too long. There was no apology, urgency, or accountability shown.
Waiting 20 minutes at 9:00 PM for cold fries reflects extremely poor service, lack of organization, and poor customer care. This experience fell well below the standards expected from McDonald’s, and I will think twice before returning to this location.

Terrible service I was here before they closed. I had an online order. All they had to do was hand me some food in a bag and they couldn’t even do that instead they ignored my presence up until the time they closed and then had the window cracked side eyed me from the drive-through window while I waited for someone to say something asked for a refund. They couldn’t give me a refund said it’ll process on its own within 2 to 3 business days but yet took my money out right there and then I couldn’t give me my food so basically I got jacked and they still couldn’t at least acknowledge my presence. Terrible terrible terrible do not get food here.

The woman working had an attitude the entire time taking the order. She got the order wrong, the food wrong and then asked for the bag back with an attitude. When my husband handed the bag back she got huffy and said you don’t have throw it. My husband said I didn’t. She started to argue and my husband said keep the money and drove off without our food or money because she insisted on being aggressive over her own mistakes. Worst experience, worst location. I hope that lady gets a new job bc she clearly hates working there.

Grabbed a late lunch here today. The parking lot is super narrow with a lot of fast traffic so be careful. Ordered a pretty small order, nothing that should’ve required parking. They assigned me a spot that ended up being blocked. The poor person running out orders was very nice. This location I suspect is hoarding the game pieces for Monopoly. At first I assumed they were out until the person parked next to me got a replacement drink. I asked for one as well without checking the food (realized when I got some I had been shorted more pieces). That was two extra trips she had to make during a very busy time. She alluded this game piece thing kept happening and she also seemed kind of annoyed about it saying that she had already pointed it out to her coworkers and could not figure out why they had stopped using the McDonald’s pieces.
Honestly, what should’ve been a five minute quick drive-through turned into almost 20 minutes . The staff was polite enough, but I honestly wouldn’t stop by through here again if I was truly in a hurry.

Atmosphere had many homeless people hanging inside leaving not much space to sit dont get me wrong I have nothing against those homeless people just that they should show manners and respect to the restaurants and customers who buys to eat there they could hang at the park?

When through drive three around 5pm the lady at the second window argued with me about the kind of dipping sauce I wanted. Like seriously lady,Then I asked for napkins and she gave me 2 with know sauce for my snack pack I don’t understand the kind of people they hire and act the way the do. Very unprofessional.
