The end of August pizza from papa John’s West Melbourne was ordered. told to spin the wheel to win a prize, won a free pizza, handed it to them and they said I had to use it next time ordered, it expired in just a few days, manager said oh it will still be good later it doesn’t expire. tried to use it today and they said the manager lied to me and I couldn’t use it; talked with her for a while and she said we will make the pizza it is fine just come in. Went there and they tried to charge me half price and told her before, wasn’t coming in unless they honored the free pizza. Now this other manger had lied to me too. Well, they can keep that pizza , going to get food elsewhere Oh and they tried keeping my coupon. Nope

I really love this pizza . But I’m a DoorDasher and just saw a guys/employess making pizza without gloves and when he puts toppings on the pizza he keeps touching his nose. Than he wipes a hand on his jeans and continue put more toppings . That’s crazy !! That’s a big no no guys !! I hat kind a managemnt is that ? Look at the cameras Make sure your employees where gloves at all times . I don’t want his boogers or sweat on our pizzas . Thanks

Very unsatisfied with my delivery order. If I could give them negative stars I would!!! The pictures does it NO JUSTICE!!!!! This is supposedly a cool ranch papadia. Barely any toppings in it. I received a hollow flat bread with specs of meat on it. The bread tastes like it’s been in the toast for hours, very crunch and hard. It was so hard it hurt my teeth when I bit it. This so called papdia a.ka. hollow flat bread is so thin it looks communion bread. I called to speak to a manager, and she tells me it was made correctly, since SHE was the one who made it. I told her I NEVER said it wasn’t made correctly there’s barely anything in it. She goes to tell me oh there’s no more delivery drivers and no one can bring another one out. She then tells me she can give me a credit, but only for the one item. Like I asked for a full refund. She was very unpleasant, kept asking me if the credit was okay, but in a tone I which she wanted me to argue with her. Never apologized, and of all people I wouldn’t think I was speaking to a manager, let alone my food was prepared by the MANAGER. I’m very unhappy with my experience with this location and my experience with the manager.

I came in to pick an order for a customer around 6:45pm time frame. I inquired about the order and was informed by Cici or Sisi that the order was IN THE OVEN. I sat back by the window waiting. Just watching the staff make pizza which was interesting to watch. Great job to the guys! Customers kept coming in and picking up their orders. I’m still sitting waiting and then I realized how much I’ve waited for a pizza that was supposedly in the oven. Not once did cici communicate with me on the status of the order. So I come and inquire. She answers but I didn’t hear so I asked her to repeat it. She immediately repeats that “one of the pizzas was not found… so they had to make another one” in her own way with an attitude and immediately turned to a customer that came in like she was annoyed and didn’t give me a chance to ask my follow up question. I immediately inform her and let her know I’ve been waiting for over 35 minutes for two pizza which was supposed to be ready a while ago And that the attitude was unnecessary. She immediately asks me to leave the store if I’m being disrespectful but not once was i disrespectful just informed her the attitude was unnecessary when a paying customer is asking about their dinner. She asks me to leave but because I know I was not being aggressive nor disrespectful I stayed and waited for the order but made sure to get her name so she can shine bright as the face of this location that handles CUSTOMERS. a nice gentlemen from the back handed the order at 7:19 pm! Training on customer service would help cici.

Very disappointed with the quality of customer service at this location. Now, before i explain my experience, i would like to let everyone know before reading this that i am a server and have worked in the food and customer service industry since i was 16! I’ve worked fast food, diners, restaurants, family owned and cooperate. Ive even worked for retail stores like Target, and for HULU as a customer experience advocate and i was damn good at all my jobs. I strive for quality and excellence!
I called to make an order for delivery and the person taking the order, who is apparently a manager, didn’t even understand what i was asking for. It seemed to me like she didn’t know the menu or the system because she kept saying “let’s see here”. She didn’t even manage to ask me additional questions to make sure she was making the order accurate and her tone with me was like “are you stupid?”. So, instead of a gluten free pizza with pineapple and bacon with the regular tomato sauce, i got it with BBQ sauce. When i called the store to get it sorted out a gentleman answered and sounded nice at first but then interrupted me and then had the audacity to tell ME to let HIM speak. He then proceeded to tell me “hold on hold on hold on” and then grabbed someone else to speak with me. Now, i can’t say for sure why he grabbed this other lady, but it felt like he just didn’t want to deal with me. All i wanted was to feel heard and get my order corrected. Now the final person i spoke with, a lady, didn’t sound too nice either but at least she got my order remade and delivered to me which was the least they could do. But none of the people i spoke with were very professional sounding and i would’ve enjoyed to have been spoken to more respectfully and have been satisfied the first time around with my order and the ordering process. Quality customer service really isn’t that hard but this location makes it seem like rocket science.

So my father had ordered a pizza bowl and once it has arrived the seal was broken and looked like someone had ate from it and looked inedible with box looking beat up and cheese hanging out. Usually we don’t have an issue with this store but this was a first. *Manager did have it remade and redelivered.
