My boyfriend went in to pick up lunch for us today (Friday 10/24) and I ordered a Pepperoni melt with no veggies. The girl behind the counter even asked him to confirm “no lettuce?” And he said no just meat, cheese and seasoning. Opened my sub when he got home and I was very confused& disappointed.
Sandwich was covered in lettuce and it wasn’t even warm. Barely any meat or cheese either (picture for reference). Even if I had wanted lettuce, the quality of this sandwich is just sad. I always like Cousins in general, but I guess this location is mediocre.

Both times I went to this location for food and both times my food was always wrong. Call to the store to let them know the guy wanna argue with me on the phone which is crazy. I asked for a manager he claims he’s a manager so I didn’t now call corporate waiting to see what they will do. Do not go to this store. If you don’t want your food messed up everything I bought I threw it in the trash where it belonged.

A coworker mentioned this place had delicious food well after 9ms and a worldwide pandemic , I tried it ! And it was delicious !!

Normally I stick with the basic subs at Cousins, but Monday I decided to go for a Hot Ham and Cheddar Deluxe at this location. Bad move. Besides being an eye-watering $9.50 w/tax, it was terrible! The photo says it all and it’s nothing like the image of the sub in the ad hanging on the wall and in the ads. Doubt if I’ll be back, certainly not for a hot sub (and drop the extra charge for pretzel roll already, I never see anyone ordering them).

After a long week everyone was tired so we as a family wanted to eat out at cousins before entering the restaurant I redeemed my points to receive a free 20-piece party box I walked in with my daughter then I started to order the three other sandwiches but then when I mentioned I had a code for the free 20-piece box the cashier looked back at a tall gentleman in the back making sandwiches and yell out 20-piece box he’s yells back there’s no bread I was amazed it being 4pm in the afternoon on a Friday I asked is there bread for the sandwiches she’s like yea but not the box I was so upset because I lost my points and my time waiting in line… I ended up going to your competitor Jimmy John’s though I payed more and received what I was looking for I left happy..

DO NOT GO HERE. Hair in food, messy counters/tables, dirty EVERYTHING, rude workers. Actually the worst place I’ve ever been. Go to any other sub place like Jersey Mikes or Subway.

Food was good. Ordered two subs and sides. Very well. Now the young man at the counter was outstanding. I believe his name was Isaiah. Great service from that young man and he is the reason I’ll be returning.
