We were staying at a Universal hotel and ordered some pizza from Papa John’s. They had this offer: “order 1 and get 2”!
First night it took longer and they forgot the bacon, but pizzas were good.
Second night was faster and bacon was there!
We liked the pizzas much more than the hotel’s offer.
It took less than 30min from ordering to having them at the lobby, no queues and all the info in real time.

Terrible delivery service. Unable to talk to anyone in the store. We ordered 4 pizzas and paid over $75. It took over an hour to get them delivered and the pizzas arrived, they were in such bad condition that they went straight to trash. I tried to call the store 2 times but was put on hold for so long that I had to give up. I don’t recommend this place at all. See photos.

I ordered a small pizza and my pizza was burned. I called the store to ask for another Pizza and the worker was very rude about it, just putting the explanation off at the oven. I didn’t get another pizza or compensation despite the complaint. $15 for a small burnt pizza and horrible customer service is outrageous.

Tried to get a delivery after telling me they don’t have any drivers right now it’ll have to be door dash is that ok and giving me the run around for an additional 10 mins told me we don’t deliver there. Don’t waste your time or money they really don’t want your business
