I’ve always loved Papa John’s, which is why I came here initially. However, this will definitely be my last visit. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Hunter—arguably the worst staff member I’ve ever encountered at a Papa John’s.

When I approached the counter, he didn’t greet me or acknowledge me in any way; he just stared without saying a word. The situation became awkward, so I simply told him my order. He then went to the back to get it without much communication. When I asked if everything was included, he looked at me and said yes.

However, when I got home, I realized my order was incomplete and incorrect. I had to drive all the way back to fix the mistake. When I brought this up, Hunter insisted that he thought he had made the order correctly and implied that it was my fault for not checking each pizza before leaving.

This experience has made me realize that if you’re dealing with Hunter, you should double-check your entire order before leaving, because he won’t verify it himself. Moreover, he will make it seem like the problem is on you if there’s an error, rather than taking responsibility.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

I placed a mobile order for 3 large pizzas and ordered them all well done. I received a text saying ready less than 10 minutes later which doesn’t mean my pizzas were made well done. When I arrived to the store 5 minutes later to review my order because I had not had a good experience at this store once before but I chose to get it another chance. My pizza was correct with no sauce because of my allergy it was cold and not well done, my husband’s pizza was cold and not well done and my son’s pizza was made wrong and missing toppings and not well done. I requested that the entire order be remade. The shift manager refused and stated she would only make my son’s over and we can wait 15 minutes more, so in the mean time my other two pizzas would get even colder. She went over to the higher manager, he yelled so loud across the restaurant for her to HANDLE HER, she then returned and stated that she would only remake my son’s pizza and I can just deal with it. I was so upset and taking back by her rudeness that I told her to forget and give me as full refund and I will go somewhere else. She then said GOOD printed the receipt and I left disappointed and starving.

Went there cause I love papa John’s pizzas but in this location, there’s a little big girl, that her attitude and way of talk to customers is not the best. She didn’t even ask about “what can I get for you?” She straight told me “what you doing? If you want bathroom is only for employees”. I wanted to order not the bathroom and she just turned around without asking me for my order.

I placed an order with them directly through their website. After paying for and placing my order (including delivery fee) I was notified via text that my order would be delivered by DoorDash. I was really unhappy I wasn’t notified that this would be the case BEFORE placing my order so I could have the chance to opt out as I have had many bad experiences with DoorDash in the past and choose not to use them. Sure enough, the driver can’t find my address ( no other delivery services have trouble) so he calls and speaks absolutely zero English. I am unable to communicate with him at all. After several failed attempts at phone calls with this person, I finally call Papa John’s and they place me on hold for a very long time while apparently someone there was communicating with the driver. Apparently the driver told them it was delivered. Maybe it was, but definitely not to me. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

I ordered my pizza with a Papa johns rep and was charged a delivery fee ….ok that’s understandable but when I got the pizza it was delivered by DoorDash driver? I didn’t order through door dash or have the app! Though when I called to address the issue the Papa johns rep tried to down play the situation by saying they were short drivers and used Door Dash to deliver the pizza? I wasn’t happy with his attitude or how he addressed the matter and he became irritated and started arguing with me like I was wrong? I used to work for Papa johns in Cocoa years ago and we always made sure we had drivers…. I do no recommend ordering any food from the Sanford Papa John’s because that’s wrong to charge a delivery fee when you use a third party delivery service that has no delivery charge!

The Manager is absolutely terrible. They didn’t have enough drivers so they outsourced through door dash for delivery. Food never shows up and manager says take it up with door dash. Called door dash and they explained that technically papa johns was the customer and not me and that they needed to issue the refund. We usually order from this location for events etc, but not anymore. They need to get a new manager

This happened way more than 1 time like 6th time at this point. They Forgot the sauce on one pizza. And barely put any sauce on the others. Paid for seasoning on crusts and never got it. Pizzas uneven for example ordered and original crust, half was normal and other was more like a thin crust. It all kinda tasted stale. I was so disappointed because I usually prefer papa johns but I’m probably gonna stick with some other place now.

Ordered large pizza and breadsticks.
They hurry in giving the ordered items. Never checked the quality of the items, breadsticks were not baked. Hope they spent time in checking the quality after baking
