I called because my pizza was not fully cooked the dough was “raw” when I called whoever the female management was at 2 pm on December 29th, 2025 her attitude is absolutely disgusting, customer service terrible I was told by her that I am “bitching” and that I am not a customer to her because I called about being served raw pizza as a customer at this location for 10 years I will never spend another dime here. I actually deleted the app today altogether. I ordered a cheese and sausage pizza , she said she took both out at the same time so she “knows” it was cooked and I was just bitching lol unbelievable. I’m spending my money and that’s what I’m told by a (MANAGER) learn how to cook the pizza properly when adding additional toppings it was way too much sauce and not cooked long enough I’m the one eating the pizza so I’d know this as the customer with the raw dough . Y’all need better management asap

I picked up an order from this store for DoorDash, and one of the employees (David) I think , was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I gave the correct order name exactly as it appeared in the app “Skrwbrry” which is short for Strawberry. Apparently, he wanted me to spell it out which was pointless. He knew exactly what I was talking about because he tried to school and correct me before reaching for the customers order. He tried to argue and make me feel like I was wrong saying there’s no consonant . Well duh! Customers put weird names all the time. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at this location because of his ignorance. Staff should treat delivery drivers with basic respect.

The food here is always great. We can go as far as saying it’s the best pizza shop in Tallahassee. The fav out of all of them was the cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce. Keep up the amazing job guys! We will order here again and again if the food remains consistent.

Makes no sense as to why i ordered a pizza Hrs before they closed and this is the final product . Barely any toppings and very messy looking and let’s not start about the taste of the pizza itself absolutely grotesque . I love giving restaurants the benefit of the doubt but this is uncalled for and lack therefore for effort .

I did a call ahead order with a definite delivery time with the manager a day ahead for a lunch meeting. They charged my card we were waiting for delivery. I called to check just to find out they don’t have the order! Then the guy hung up on me. Now I see a reversal on my bank account. Someone could have notified me. Never again,
