Worst Papa John’s in Jax. Our cheese sticks looked and tasted like cardboard, our pizza has a massive crater in it. They forgot the dipping sauces I paid extra for, they barely cut the pizza, and our order which was picked up less than 5 mins after it said it was ready, looked like it had been sitting for hours. The customer service was lacking. The lady at the counter was wearing AirPods as well.

I know it’s Halloween but I ordered my pizza 3 hours ago and it’s still not here. I have talked to 3 drivers who quit on me. I should at least be able to cancel the order but it will not let me do it online and they do not answer the phone.

I paid for 8 Oreo bites and only received 6. Great job on the quality control. It’s not worth my time to drive back and complain about getting shorted, but this is exactly what you’d expect from a poorly managed store, staffed by employees who clearly couldn’t care less. To top it off, they have the nerve to ask for a tip on carryout orders—truly laughable. Rather than waste my energy complaining further, I’m simply warning others: there are much better and more honest pizza places out there. Avoid this one.

They combine fresh ingredients and make really crave-able, flavorful food. The chef create and box a good, decent quality pizza with slightly chewy dough.
Their bone-in wings are nice and large which are good with the slightly sweet barbecue flavor. I add ranch.
I slightly enjoy touching up and finishing off their pizza. The original pizza goes well with pineapple. I wish for no ham, middle bake, and high potato starch covered shredded cheese. The pizza is complimented by slightly dipping into the uniquely flavorful and creamy garlic butter sauce. I wish for rich and creamy sauce. A light touch and dash of their special seasoning finishes the meal through the really flavorful and unique combination.

Honestly probably one of the nastiest papa John’s I been too. I don’t recommend. A guy who makes the pizza has his pants below his butt, showing boxers, then he’s scratching all in his head and neck. Pizza is trash, my crust is basically flat and I orders just a regular pizza

I ordered two pizzas from here, the first one, and was made to order and was a little crispy but that’s fine. The second one wasn’t made right at all. I ordered online, and on the box it clearly says what’s on the pizza and instead they added pepperonis to the pizza. My wife hates pepperonis.

got pizza delivered for a work party the person who paid tipped the driver online so that we could go pickup the pizza without having to worry about how much of their money to tip we had the transaction, another co worker and i went to pick it up in the lobby and we had put 0 in the tip line because as previously stated we tipped online. this driver proceeded to yell at us “NO TIP??!!!!” this is now a running joke on our unit because of how unprofessional spewing something like that is

We have used Papa Johns for years, it’s always been our go to over all other pizzas. Last night I was never so disappointed! 1. Gal on phone was hard to understand, 2. She kept trying to sell me more pizza, sides, drinks, 3. Pick up person was early, when we got the pizza home, it looked like it had been sitting and was reheated before adding the toppings. Sauce was dry and very thin, skimpy on the toppings. What’s happened to Papa Johns quality?

I decided to try a different Papa John’s because Papa John’s corporate had given me a promo code. Got the barbecue Hawaiian chicken pizza and breadsticks. They were delicious. The reason for the four star on service because they were just workers they were not really friendly or anything like that. They did their job. However I have been there before where there was an amazing lady worker. She was either a manager or going for it.

I’ve been going here for 2 years before writing this review. I only ever pick up / order ahead simple cheese pizza orders, maybe some cheese sticks, and I might as well be making and getting the food myself. The staff will dead-eye stare at everything except the customers waiting. They don’t even have the courtesy to be rude. They don’t acknowledge your existence because they seem so miserable. You basically don’t exist, no acknowledgment at all. This place seems financially supported by services like DoorDash, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. And don’t even think about ordering on event days or holidays like Halloween. They should move this Papa place to the regency square mall area where it can die out.
