Usually I’m a big fan but tonight was a problem. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they brought me a cheese pizza it says on the box +pepperoni and the order says pepperoni. I called and she refused my request adv it was ordered as a cheese pizza. I won’t be ordering here again.

2020 update. This Papa John’s has been doing better, I just got my order and it was super fast (25min to the door) papatrack showed it as still “making”. The breadsticks were plentiful (although little skinny , oh well) and the pizzas looked delish (still need help on cutting, one was small other was huge).

2018 _ I love Papa John’s but since I moved to this new area it has been lacking. First time we ordered from this location the cheese sticks were all flat, and now tonight we ordered and the pizza was flat ! Even though we ordered “Original ” crust ! I’m just disappointed because I love Papa John’s, but hate thin crust…

Im a huge Papa John’s fan, but today was another story. Got to Papa John’s at around 6:15pm. I know, Friday it’s busy but no one was in line. In the lobby and I waited 10 minutes and no one said anything to me. A white girl was flipping bread, and a black guy with an ear bud in his right ear was on the phone talking to someone. I was completely ignored. Will never go to that store ever again. And that’s the store I’ve been going to since I moved ro Jacksonville. Sorry but yall need to do better.

I use this location more than I care to admit. Today when I ordered my pizza, I waited an hour to call and check the status because my tracker said it had been delivered. When I called the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me. When I tried to tell her that my tracker said it had been delivered, she proceeded to yell that the driver was stuck at a train. I called back (at this point I am furious because not only do I not have a pizza after 1.5 hours but customer service was absolutely unacceptable). A gentleman answered the phone and proceeded to apologize and stated he had already noted for a free pizza next time. I asked for the young ladies name to include in my complaint to corporate but of course he wasn’t sure who it was. Until they have new employees who have a slight bit of patience, I will not spend any more money there.

Edited to add the pizza finally showed up 1 hour and 52 minutes later. It was not the drivers fault and unfortunately I requested a refund and sent the pizza back. In hindsight, I wish I had given the driver a tip in cash so he didn’t lose out as well.

Customer service goes a long way, and Papa Johns should encourage their employees to provide better customer service.

Idk what happened but I use to come here at least once a week for months now at this same location the guy that use to make the food was great it was always fast even if I ordered a few items the past 4 times I’ve been my order has been horrible I thought it was just a once or twice thing but 4times now and tonight I just ordered a pizza there is hardly no cheese on it and it should be extra cheese there was hardly any and I got the email at 855 saying it was ready it’s 920 and we just got it my husband was the only one in the store and the girl cooking was complaining saying how stressed she is really one pizza? Half extra cheese half pepperoni really this just made me not want to go there after this the last time we sat there for 25 mins also so it’s not like it’s the first time

Usually have a good experience ordering from this location. This last time, I did not receive any decent service. The pizza tracker said it was delivered, but i had not received it, so I called the store. The woman who answered yelled at me that it was raining. I pulled up the order information and called back hoping to talk to a different person. Unfortunately I got the same woman. When I asked for my order to be redone and actually delivered she hung up on me. After this experience I do not plan on using this location again.

Absolutely the worst ever. I use to like Papa John’s. Yesterday worse experience from this franchise ever. Ordered pizza and when I got it it was like it was a day old. Called the store and they sent another out but delivered to the wrong address and when I called the store manager they refused to make it right. He was obnoxious and rude blaming me for their problems. I strongly recommend not eating from this store and recommend going to Sam’s to get your pizza. Eat here if you want to waste money and loose weight. You will accomplish both at the same time
Horrible, horrible experience
I give 1 star because they not have 0 star.
So in the end I was out cash and food and the manger wouldn’t correct their problems. Sad

You can tell by all the bad reviews that the owners of this establishment do not care about what is going on there.

When business gets below a 4 star rating the local government needs to step in and review there books and business practices. If not comply shut them down til they do or shut down completely.

Horrible. I got coupons for this place in the mail and they won’t honor them. It’s impossible to provide feedback because they don’t care. If they give the same attention to their pizza that they give to their promotions and communications, I’d recommend staying far away. Try another franchise that cares about its customers.
