WOW. I thought the comments were being dramatic and they are not. I tried this papa John’s in Starke on my way home and I did observe the workers and they were rushing #1. #2, what the hell is this garbage pizza made of ? Pizza was sloppy and disgusting as if it was freezer burnt. Red Baron from the grocery store taste better than this crap. Stay away, eat at your own risk.

On my way home from Saint Petersburg, we stopped at this Papa John’s, I still had almost an hour home so we ate in the car, as soon as we got home, my stomach did not feel right. I woke up this morning and puked everywhere, I could not stop puking for three hours straight, the only thing I ate different than my family, was the steak pizza. once we got home I looked at the leftover pizza, the steak definitely looked grey, however it was too late as I had already eaten two slices. I have eaten the same pizza at other Papa John’s we’ve been to, and never had this problem until Starke’s, drive an extra 30 minutes and save yourself from food poisoning.

Purchased cheese sticks & a small veggie pizza. We had food poison via explosive diarrhea. Our body expeditiously purged the food from our system. We will be filing a complaint with corporate due what happened and discrimination by the white male owner who did not even acknowledge us, but spoke to everyone else non-brown while we were waiting on our food. To the owner : We are tax paying citizens of Starke, FL and demand respect.

We’re boycotting them because they refused to walk a pizza 10 feet out to the car our 94 year old friend who uses a walker and couldn’t carry it. Terrible customer service and we won’t be back. Bye, bye Papa John.

We ordered takeout my husband picked it up and said they were very polite and it appeared to be very clean however when he got back with the food it was the wrong order and couldn’t get anyone on the phone at least him and his work buddies enjoyed the pizza however the grandkids that it was bought for did not get the lunch they wanted very disappointed for my first time ordering also after he asked for the pizza the first thing that came out of the ladies mouth is do you need a job so that tells me they must be very understaffed and I understand that from working in food/establishment myself in the past

Pizza from here is pretty good. They put the cheese on top of the toppings, pretty yummy. It’s a little expensive, but pretty well worth it.

They gave my order away to somebody else long before i went to pick up, waited an hour, food wasn’t worth the wait. It was madness back there. They were apologetic but i won’t be coming back, don’t really recommend.
