I decided to order Papa John’s for the first time in years and first time at this store in Middleburg. Service was great…lady was very friendly and order was done on time for carryout. However, the pizza was awful! Way too much sauce and barely any cheese to hold it together. I paid for extra mushrooms on my half and barely had any mushrooms at all. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I went there to pickup an order for a customer, I made the mistake of asking if they had a bathroom, that I really needed to go. The girl behind the counter quickly said NO we don’t have a bathroom. Well the bathroom is right out in the front lobby . I pointed at the bathroom. Long story short she asked me if I had heard of tweakers , that it’s Middleburg and that’s why customers nor Door dashers can use the restroom. I made the statement how can they get away with that? She stated, My owner is rich and he doesn’t care. Law’s are different for different areas. There’s no reason to be rude to anyone.If there is issues with letting everyone use the restroom keep it locked and only let customer’s use it .

Normally my pizza is fantastic and delivery is wonderful. But today I did not have the same experience. I always get my pizzas with light sauce, And because I don’t want want to wait another 40 minutes for another pizza; I’m left with trying to eat around this.
It seems like there is extra sauce and the cheese is missing about an inch from the crust. Over all the pizza does not taste that good either. But since it just me, I guess I can just pick around it.
When I call the manager said that I could replacements when I want to order again. Losses but when I called last week to order the pizzas they said that they couldn’t do it because they didn’t write the information down, and they were not just going to give me a free pizza

Ordered pizza with extra sauces to be delivered. Pizza arrived earlier than estimated time but they forgot the extra sauces. Called the store and they were very pleasant and said the would bring them right over. They did bring them but by then most everyone was finished ✅️ eating. Pizza and wings were very good. Everything was hot and fresh.

Sadly I have to give a 1 star review. Ordered our food via the app. Said it was coming. An hour and half later out of nowhere ‘order canceled’. Called the store, spoke to the manager. She comped the pizza but when I ask for a simple free order of something ‘Sorry you didn’t order it to begin with so I can’t do that’…..
Meanwhile we are still waiting on an order that ‘ canceled’ out of nowhere and ‘free’ but that bs attitude.
Yea. Done with Papa John’s which sadly I was a big supporter of.

Received our order. What I believed to be a pepperchini turned out to be something way worse! I had a mouthful of fire for 20 minutes! I don’t know what they’re doing with the peppers/jalapeños over there, but they are way too hot. My bride try to call several times just to tell them what they had done and get them to pull those off the shelf! But noone answered.

I’ve been ordering from this location for years and even though I may have had issues a few times they are always quick to fix the situation, I have to say that I’ve been reading some of the reviews that people have left and some of these are just ridiculous, everyone should know on certain nights they are extremely busy and people should expect that, some stated they were told a 3 hr wait time and not sure how that’s possible especially when it’s pickup. The longest for carryout maybe an hour, and that’s only on certain occasions. Read another that said pizza was full of salt, they don’t even have salt. Most of these complaints are most likely people trying to get freebies. And if you call an establishment and you’re being nasty to the employees, what do you expect when they give it right back, I work in the food industry as well and I know from experience sometimes customers can be extremely rude, so you get what you give.. that’s how life works, I feel they do the best they can with the situations they deal with. We love Middleburg Papa johns at our house!!!
