The food is usually spot on. But this time the ball was dropped in the garbage. I found a long, dark strand of hair, underneath my cheese, on my specialty pizza. It was disappointing for me to find it. Papa John’s is my go to pizza. This one soured me on ordering anytime soon.

The “spicy” buffalo wings I received had a rubber feel to them when I bit into them, also undercooked (when I asked for them to be crispy and well done), and had 0 spicy flavor to them. My mom ordered garlic parmesan wings and they had NO garlicky flavor to them, were also undercooked (when I also asked for them to be crispy and well done), but weirdly had a burnt flavor to them. I will NEVER order from them again I spent $33.58 on me and my family’s wings that seem as if they put no effort into. I’m sorry to say they were DISGUSTING! I WILL stick to Pizza Hut for now on…

So delivery in this area sucks; however, if you can’t provide a hot pizza then please stop. The driver was great. I just called an spoke with Terry. He’s very nice. This does not explain why I keep receiving cold pizzas.

People looked like a deer in headlights when I asked for an employee that asked me to meet her their to bless me with clothes donated…she waited until last minute to even say don’t waste your time gas or energy today I’m calling in for what reason is not mu business but what is my business is you could have blessed me with a kindness act of texting or calling to say I’m not going to work. Now was the 3rd day she gave me the run around. I know there was at least 8 employees that looked at me like I lost my mind when I asked for her. No one said a word except 1 guy who said she called in today so I conducted on telling my story of how unkind & ungrateful that employee was for not even acknowledging my time gas nor feelings from that matter of clothes donating to help someone I know in need. I was floored and of course sad about it. Papa John’s needs to stop allowing employees to meet civilians during employee time on the clock. Very unprofessional and how AL 8 people acted was beyond me but again unprofessional.
