Was doing door dash. Very slow at one point dash said I could drop the order. Waited over 30 minutes. One staff was hiding & the other was on the cellphone like me & the other dasher didn’t matter. I love papa johns but I won’t order my food here. BTW- I’m all for weed users but that store smelled like a vape store. I would not want my food from here. Afraid it would taste just like it smelled. Gross

I have been here 3-4 times already. Never really had much of an issue. The pizza was hot and it is typical Papa John’s, so if you like others you will probably like this chain.
Today I tried their new Philly pizza. Not bad. I also had a double pepperoni with Philly meat as a special. Also good. I would have probably liked thin crust more, but went thick for my wife.

Papa John’s has purged my order history this month as the result of a complaint I made about service. I have receipts and credit card charges to prove several transactions but my papajohns account has my most recent activity being in October of 2024. They also never responded to my complaint nor was a refund issued for food I never recieved. I order a pizza online pre paid with a tip at 1130 one day. I get a 30 minute lunch starting at 12 so I made sure to order early. When I arrived to the store at 1210 my order wasn’t ready. The employee was rude to me and told me I would have to wait. I left hungry and never received a refund or response from papa John’s. Horrible experience

I called Papa John’s to order a pizza and I want Parmesan packets and crushed peppers and two ranch packets plus a double brownie they said that it was like $38 and some change. I asked what brought it up that high when the pizza was only 15.99 they informed me that you only get one pack of Parmesan cheese for a whole pizza and if you wanted more, it was $1.20 and for the ranch it was $1.70 I have never eaten at a Papa John’s where they charge me per packet that comes with the pizza I can understand paying for the ranch, but you want me to pay for Parmesan packets and crushed pepper packets I have never I lived in Texas and I live in Mississippi right now I’ve ordered Papa John’s and they have never charged me. Unfortunately, this location is going downhill. The customer service was okay before; not great but not terrible. Tonight though, their delivery driver was smoking with his friends inside his delivery car meanwhile there was a customer that just came in saying he never got his delivery order. I guess the deliver guy was too busy with his friends. Meanwhile, my family and I ordered two pizzas and waited over an hour for it only to find out that someone else picked our order up. I love Papa John’s pizza but this location is the worst.
