I ordered a pizza They messed up my order I couldn’t get on the line so the next day I called it up there The manager on the phone decided to disrespect me And insist that I’m in the wrong because I didn’t call yesterday as if I shouldn’t try to call When I ordered the pizza, it was already at night time. Yeah we’re already on the verge of Closing So by the time I would’ve tried to call up there, y’all would’ve been closed which you were So when I try to call up today, there’s an issue because I didn’t call yesterday. She was nasty. She was rude and she decided to disrespect me. She insist on arguing with me and she had to use another instance of them messing up my food as a reason why I shouldn’t be trying to get a refund do not come here it is disgusting. They are rude and if they mess up anything on your order, they’re not going to give you a refund

I initially had a disappointing experience at Papa John’s when I ordered a pepperoni pizza but received a cheese pizza instead. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, she insisted that was what I ordered on the app and refused to fix it. However, after speaking to a few folks at the store, they asked me to give them another chance and generously offered a large pizza with 5 toppings.
Today, I ordered the pizza online and gave it a 45-minute buffer to avoid picking up a soggy pizza. To my surprise, when I arrived 25 minutes early, the employee informed me that they hadn’t cooked it yet because it was too early. She assured me it would be ready in 12 minutes, and true to her word, the pizza came out fresh, crisp, and delicious. The customer service was outstanding this time, and I left the store very satisfied.

Hands Down Papa Johns Been Killing the Pizza Industry only one that ever could Compete iz Dominoes but thats another story for Another Day but onto a real important Note When the Buffet coming you know how much Business you could have with making a Pizza Hang out spot for Kids and Adults Seriously think about it.. and it would put Cicis pizza Outta Business cuz your Pizza is a heck of alot more delicious and filling than theres especially yall desserts…they to die for….just my Opinion and im sticking to it
