Great location in Plantation, Plenty space for parking. Food was good portion amd fresh products. Hasan was our server who used to work in first location of Alacati in Hallendale Beach. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Looking forward to revisit.

We were presently surprised to find this Mediterranean restaurant in Plantation. It’s in a strip plaza and unless you are searching for a restaurant online, you will miss it. The locale tried very hard with decorations to turn a mall bay into a quaint space. Lamps are cute. Dining tables with low apron is annoying since you hit your knees on it when getting in and out. The chairs a bit too heavy to comfortably pull in and out. Other tables look like they have no apron. Will try those next time because, yes! We’re going back since the food was good. One more suggestion on ambiance, these large open spaces are best divided creatively to avoid feeling and sounding like a high school cafeteria. My husband said these were the best stuffed grape leaves ever! I agree. The tabuli was fresh, the Musaka was yum and the bread dangerously perfect because you could fill up on it before entree arrives. The server was low energy but pleasant. It overall we were happy with out meal and already told others to check it out.

I had a wonderful evening at Alaçatı Plantation. The lamb skewers were perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The cacık was refreshing and paired beautifully with the rakı. Unforgettable Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Plantation! The food here is delicious, you can taste the fresh ingredients in every dish, from the hummus to the newly baked breads, and Calamari, also the presentation is impeccable! I highly recommend the Moussaka, Chicken Kebab and the Cheese Flatbread. The Kazandibi was a pleasant surprise! The decor is so beautiful and inviting, with attention to detail and cleanness. I recently stopped by — this used to be my favorite place for lahmacun, but my recent visit was disappointing. The waitress seemed either extremely busy or simply uninterested in helping us.
The lahmacun tasted terrible; I’m not sure if the meat had gone bad, but there was an awful flavor. We wanted to order some tea, but no one came back to check on us until it was time to pay the bill. Even after paying, we had to wait around, which was really frustrating.
Although I’ve dined here many times before, I don’t plan to return. It’s so disappointing to see a good business go downhill like this.
