Doubt I’ll ever go back.. Went all the way there from Hartwell and when I get there, they are standing around talking and one of the pizza’s was not even cooked.. He said it was not made, that I would have to wait.. So 15 minutes later I finally got my order and get all the way home and my order was wrong.. The one they made was right , but the one that was already COLD that was in our order was completely WRONG.. It was some kind of everything pizza and I had ordered a pepperoni pizza.. How can you mess that up?? The only kind of pizza my son will eat, besides cheese and he had no pizza at all thanks to y’all.. I felt terrible eating pizza while he had none and pizza is his absolute favorite.. Like I said probably never again… You really don’t deserve 1 star..

We tried out Papa John’s in Hartwell this evening. I called in the order, gave the man my name and phone number 4 times. When I hung up the phone I told my husband I will be surprised if we have a order when we go pick it up. LO AND BEHOLD our order was not in their system, and the lady at the window tried several ways to look it up. We will not be going back.

Showed up at 8:25 pm on a Tuesday night. Drove 30 min to get here and arrived 35 minutes before closing according to this web page. Met by rude employees saying they were closed. Very disappointed in this papa johns.
