Can’t speak for the taste of the food because we were not comfortable eating it seeing as there was no sticker sealing it closed as there usually is. We ordered delivery for a single large pepperoni pizza, with an added 18% tip. When the pizza was delivered, the driver said to special needs sister who answered the door, “and next time, you need to leave a tip.” and walked away before my mother or I could come to the door. We called the store immediately after the incident and spoke to Brad and Jessica and they were very nice and helped us feel a little better afterwards but still a very saddening experience seeing as we’ve been ordering from this papa john’s for years now.

Ordered pizza and wings. The order said it was delivered but I didn’t get any pizza. The manager told me it is DoorDash’s problem because that’s who they used for delivery but how is that my problem when I paid Papa Johns. To get even better I went ahead and called DoorDash and they didn’t even show the order. Called back for a refund and was hung up on multiple times. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint.

Had a roach cooked into my pizza about 1 year ago, so didn’t order from here until now again…..and had another bug cooked into pizza this time. (Picture attached) didn’t notice it until after it was in my mouth.

The delivery driver literally left my pizza on the ground. I’ve never had a driver put a pizza on the ground when there is a chair there. That was so rude and disrespectful. I called and talked to the manager, Tiffany, and she said we could remake the pizza, but we wanted the old ones back. I told her she could refund me and come get the pizza along with the bugs crawling around it. I really wish I could give 0 stars because the driver clearly was not thinking logical when delivering the pizzas.

Ordered pizza at 10:45 over the phone. Was picking it up at 12:30. I arrived at the store at 12:28 (by my phone). Had to wait an additional 15 mins. No one said sorry or anything. Also, I noticed one employee used her phone and didn’t wash her hands after. I see from other reviews that they have noticed this as well.

I have to say I will never go to Papa Johns again and u shouldn’t either at the Bold Spring and Hwy 81 location cause they are not sanitary at all. I witnessed a young lady sweep the floor and then but hand sanitizer on her hands and then start making a pizza with out gloves on. Very nasty….

I purchased an order of wings from them. They carelessly wrapped them in the box and when I got home the oil had soaked the box and stained the seats of my new truck. I called the store and the manager’s response was I’ve never heard of that happening before. Next time I’ll drive the extra mile and go to dominos.
