Great venue, clean,and employees are very courteous. RJ the 1st guy that took my order and Mr. Diego took care of me on a mix up on my pizza with no questions asked. Pizza was delivered hot n fresh,and of course the pizzas were delicious. I definitely recommend this location and this Marco’s location. I went last night 11/24/24 and my guy David took care of me with the same great service as always!

After what I thought was a big enough order, I found myself in a bind and needing 4 more large pizzas ASAP. 15 mins later 4 more large pizzas were ready on a Saturday afternoon, and I was reminded why I love this location so much. Not only do they have best dough, they also have the best customer service.

I will not ever order from this location again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I ordered two XL pizzas. I live a few minutes away from the location less than 10 mins. When I got home and tried the pizza it tastes old and dry as if it had been sitting for days The other had a thicker crust, but was okay. I called asking to have them remade and was told they could not do a remake, because from what I was told they make their pizza daily from fresh dough. I asked why one pizza dough looked thin and the other thicker. I was told it was due to the type of dough. If the pizza was fresh and not dry bread tasting lime it had been sitting, to be resoled from a canceled order I would not have called. I am very disappointed as I spent $31 on pizza that has to go to the garbage. And not given a valid reason why they could not remake the pizza from a customer complaint. I also told them I would bring both pizzas back. This was so that they would see that my complaint was valid. They still refused to remake the pizzas. I will also be sending third complaint to their corporate office.

We’ve been ordering from Marcos for years. Today we ordered for a team meeting and the order tracker told us 45 minutes…or 15 minutes before our lunch meeting start time We called 20 minutes after the expected arrival time and we were told the driver is stuck in traffic. No problem as the traffic on 99 can be tough. We waited another 15 minutes and the pizza finally arrived 30 minutes late and my team was already leaving to get food elsewhere. I would have been ok with the situation but the driver was very rude! Sad as I’ve always ordered Marcos pizza for home and work. I’ll order elsewhere now simply because of the rude driver.

Food is decent, but if you’re mischarged they will lie and say you’ve been refunded all while never reversing the charges. Ive tried to be patient, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received an apology or a fix, though I’ve called twice… Used to be one of my favorite locations.
Edit: I filled out that form 3/4 days after the day I ordered, then the same day you responded telling me to reach out I did it again, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone or been refunded. I always recommend Marcos for pizza and have bought from this location many times, but I’m definitely disappointed with how this location has failed to handle my situation.

Our order for deliver ran really late. I ended up going to the store explaining to them why it took so long for my order. Edwin explained and remade my order with quickness and precision for me and my wife. He explained they didn’t have anyone at all but two people and a delivery driver. But he took care of it! Great man

Usually very satisfied with them, however tonight was a bad experience. Ordered our pizzas 2 hours ahead of when they needed to be delivered. When they were 15 minutes late and the app still showed they were being made I called for an update and was told the driver just left with our order. 30 minutes later still no pizza so my wife called back and again was told pizza was out and should be there within 10 minutes. Finally had to call and cancel the order after another 30 minutes went by as we weren’t sure it was ever going to show up after being told it was almost there twice. Needless to say my little one had a meltdown he wasn’t getting heart pizza. Not a good way to end valentines day.

This location is cheating their customers. Their posted sign offers an XL cheese pizza for $15.99 and three toppings for $2.50 each. When I tried to purchase a pizza for $23.49, the cashier tried to charge me over $28 before taxes, and he would not adjust the price when I showed him the math error. Tomorrow I will report them to the authorities. Don’t support these crooks!
