I recently visited Papa John’s and had the pleasure of being served by Brittany. She truly made my experience a positive one with her outstanding customer service. Brittany had a positive attitude and handled everything with professionalism, making me feel valued as a customer.
Her friendly demeanor and efficiency certainly stood out, and I believe she is a fantastic representative for this location. It’s refreshing to see someone so dedicated to providing exquisite service!

Ordered a specialty pizza (Super Hawaiian) got a pepperoni Sausage Pineapple Ham pizza. Tried to get a refund a the manager offered a 1 topping large pizza. A specialty pizza, and a large 1 topping pizza, do not equate. I asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten it. Just trash don’t waste your time or money. At least Wendy’s and McDonald’s will refund you. Last pic is what my pizza is supposed to look like.

I had the BEST experience at Papa John’s all thanks to Brittany! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. She went above and beyond to check if I had any available discounts for my order (which most people don’t even think to do), and you could just tell she genuinely cared. Her attitude was so sweet and positive — it truly made my day. If every location had a Brittany, the world would be a better (and tastier) place! Give that girl a raise!

Three strikes! I was so excited and hopeful for a Papa John’s in our area which delivered, but every order from US 29 has been a nightmare that has cost me money out of my pocket. I tried three different orders in the last couple months and in all three I I have been shorted entire pizzas, had a driver DROP pizzas in my driveway, and was promised reimbursements that never happened. Management here is ineffectual at best and now they are outsourcing their delivery to places like DoorDash; my last delivery driver refused to get out of his car because he was afraid of my dog (we all live in the country out here and we all have dogs) and he didn’t speak any English at all. I am a small business owner and would never think of behaving this way toward my own customers. I am all done trying at this location; the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Honestly, it’s the worst Papa John’s, and I’ve worked for one before. It’s not that hard to read the order. $40 for an entirely incorrect subpar pizza is beyond ridiculous, and I hope every employee feels beyond embarrassed, even though it’s clear they don’t care enough. It almost makes me want to show them how easy it is, BUT I’m over that kind of incompetence. Do better babes, do better.

Pizza and wings are good. The text and app order updates are always wrong. I get a notification that it’s ready, when I get there it’s not ready. Or I never receive a ready update, when I go in the order has been ready for several minutes. Also the employees will ignore you when arrive.

Huge hassle for the coupon they mailed me. Call to place an order and put on a foreign call center. Waste time with the call center ordering. They said they don’t see the coupon so transfer to the shop. The shop says they don’t see it and thinks have to place it online. All for the “grand opening” coupons they send you in the mail.
The pizza though was excellent!

I ordered on Uber Eats. The driver got just about to me house and then canceled. I then had to place another order. Old price couldn’t be met so I changed the order some. 2nd order arrives and it’s the first order, cold, uncut, and sent back out.
Never again will I eat here.

I ordered online from this store on 1/5 and they totally messed up my pizza and put meat on there that I could not eat (bacon) so I called and asked for a refund and I was told no problem and yet I was not given that refund over a week later and tried calling again but was hung up on multiple times.
