This was our 1st visit and we really enjoyed it. The restaurant was extremely clean and everything was very organized. You have to order at the register instead of your table. We ordered guacamole a.d it was some good stuff. My son had the fajita bowl and he really liked it. I had the chicken gorditas and it was delicious. The staff checked on us repeatedly. We will definitely go back.

A friend suggested Esmeralda’s to me knowing how much I love Mexican food. Customer service was top tier. I ordered my food to go because they were full. It is a smaller sized restaurant but nice. I ordered my food after asking many questions. I got bean and cheese pupusas, chicken street tacos, and the guacamole Mexicano. Because it was brought home to eat, the tacos fell apart, but they were very tasty. The pupusas were very good and again I am sure they are better dining in. I was disappointed in the guacamole. For $8.99 for the “large” it was not worth it. I will go back and dine in.

Noticed this place the other day and decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice place it is. Although I went simple with a carnitas burrito, it was great. The flavor was fantastic. I’ll be taking folks to lunch here and I’m looking forward to exploring the menu further based on how good it was today.

My $11 burrito was simply a tortilla, dry ground beef and old rice covered in a teaspoon of cheese. That was it. Not one thing else. No flavor on anything. Bland on bland. I was hoping for better.
